【摘要】：隨著科技技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,各式各樣的管理工具逐漸誕生,企業(yè)的管理引進(jìn)了越來(lái)越多的管理工具。企業(yè)無(wú)論規(guī)模多大或者多小,對(duì)自身管理的要求越來(lái)越高,雖然管理工具很多,但是適合企業(yè)管理的工具卻很少,為了更加適合企業(yè)的管理,促進(jìn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展,迫切需要適合自己的管理系統(tǒng)。雖然公司實(shí)施了 SAP ERP系統(tǒng)[1]作為公司的主要業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),但是隨著公司規(guī)模的逐漸擴(kuò)大,業(yè)務(wù)模式越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,公司經(jīng)營(yíng)的品種越來(lái)越多樣化,公司的供應(yīng)商越來(lái)越多,與供應(yīng)商的交互越來(lái)越頻繁,目前的手工模式不能滿足與供應(yīng)商的交流,需要一套合理的系統(tǒng)來(lái)進(jìn)行與供應(yīng)商的往來(lái),減少因手工處理帶來(lái)的失誤和隱患。本文就是在這樣的業(yè)務(wù)需求下,通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)研、了解的基礎(chǔ)上,與企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵人員進(jìn)行討論,結(jié)合企業(yè)未來(lái)業(yè)務(wù)管理發(fā)展的要求和供應(yīng)商管理系統(tǒng)的功能,而制作的一個(gè)完整的系統(tǒng)解決方案。本方案將作為企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程在供應(yīng)商管理系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)的指導(dǎo),對(duì)將來(lái)企業(yè)供應(yīng)商協(xié)同平臺(tái)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱:SRM)業(yè)務(wù)操作流程進(jìn)行描述。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)包括:供應(yīng)商管理[1]、訂單協(xié)同管理、商品相關(guān)查詢、合同管理[3]、系統(tǒng)管理等功能。系統(tǒng)做完后,將會(huì)成為銜接公司內(nèi)部與供應(yīng)商之間的橋梁;此平臺(tái)是開(kāi)放性的平臺(tái),系統(tǒng)維護(hù)人員,相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)人員、相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、采購(gòu)部、開(kāi)發(fā)部、商管部等相關(guān)部門(mén)業(yè)務(wù)人員,以及簽約供應(yīng)商均可以登錄平臺(tái)進(jìn)性業(yè)務(wù)操作;與SAP系統(tǒng)之間進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)交互[4];對(duì)進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商管控,對(duì)將要引進(jìn)的供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行各級(jí)審批;供應(yīng)商可在供應(yīng)商協(xié)同平臺(tái)查詢結(jié)算信息、商品銷(xiāo)售、商品庫(kù)存及商品流向等信息;企業(yè)用戶在供應(yīng)商協(xié)同平臺(tái)對(duì)供應(yīng)商合同及協(xié)議進(jìn)行各級(jí)審批,以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)合同的合理管理;系統(tǒng)管理員對(duì)供應(yīng)商帳號(hào)、權(quán)限等方面的管理。公司在供應(yīng)商協(xié)同平臺(tái)對(duì)新客戶等方面進(jìn)行管理審批。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, all kinds of management tools are gradually born, and more and more management tools are introduced into the management of enterprises. No matter how large or small the enterprises are, the requirements for their own management are becoming higher and higher. Although there are many management tools, there are few tools suitable for enterprise management. In order to be more suitable for the management of enterprises and promote the development of enterprises, Although the company has implemented SAP ERP system [1] as the company's main business management system, as the size of the company gradually expanded, the business model is becoming more and more complex. The variety of the company is more and more diversified, the company's suppliers are more and more, the interaction with suppliers is becoming more and more frequent, the current manual mode can not satisfy the communication with suppliers, so we need a set of reasonable system to communicate with suppliers. To reduce the errors and hidden dangers caused by manual processing. This article is to discuss with the key personnel of the enterprise on the basis of the business research and understanding on the basis of this kind of business demand. Combined with the requirements of the future business management development and the functions of the supplier management system, a complete system solution is developed. This solution will be used as the guidance of the implementation of the business process in the supplier management system. This paper describes the business operation process of the future enterprise supplier cooperation platform (hereinafter referred to as ": SRM"). The whole system includes: supplier management [1], order coordination management, commodity related inquiry, contract management [3], system management and so on. This platform is an open platform, system maintenance personnel, related business personnel, relevant leaders, purchasing department, development department, business management department and other related department business personnel, And the signed suppliers can log on to the platform for advanced business operations, real-time data exchange with the SAP system [4], supplier control, and approval of the suppliers to be introduced at all levels; Suppliers can query the information of settlement information, commodity sales, commodity inventory and commodity flow in supplier cooperation platform. Enterprise users can examine and approve supplier contracts and agreements at all levels in supplier cooperation platform to realize the reasonable management of contracts. The system administrator manages the supplier account number, authority and so on. The company manages and approves the new customer in the supplier cooperation platform.
