【摘要】：計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展為黨務(wù)信息化建設(shè)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。在本文中,結(jié)合黨員管理的實(shí)際情況,提出了一套基于J2EE技術(shù)體系的黨員信息管理系統(tǒng)以提高黨務(wù)工作效率與管理水平。本系統(tǒng)以黨員信息管理的建設(shè)要求為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),基于系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的背景需求、研發(fā)目的、現(xiàn)實(shí)意義等,在科學(xué)的可行性分析技術(shù)上,對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)模式及應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行了總結(jié)闡述。在具體的研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)中,本文具體對(duì)現(xiàn)行的開發(fā)工具與技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,并最終選擇SSH框架為本信息管理系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行主體分層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并使用Java語言對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。在對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析時(shí),依據(jù)黨員管理工作的具體需求與常規(guī)流程,采取例圖等方式完成系統(tǒng)功能性分析,同時(shí)根據(jù)功能需求完成相應(yīng)的安全需求與數(shù)據(jù)處理分析。在上述需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采取HIPO及流程圖方式重點(diǎn)闡述說明基于SSH框架的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模式,并探討和分析各功能模塊的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,最終則對(duì)系統(tǒng)所使用的數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行探討與構(gòu)建,完成系統(tǒng)的整體規(guī)劃與部署。本課題研究從西安思源學(xué)院黨員管理部門的實(shí)際管理需要出發(fā),通過信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用,提高黨務(wù)管理工作的科學(xué)水平與規(guī)范水平,為管理高效性奠定充分的硬件基礎(chǔ)。系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)功能的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),必須以科學(xué)、深入、系統(tǒng)的研究分析與論證為基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)需要完成相應(yīng)的功能測(cè)試與試運(yùn)行確保系統(tǒng)的科學(xué)性、穩(wěn)定性與完善性,從而確保設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。在本系統(tǒng)完成初步設(shè)計(jì)并投入試運(yùn)行后,在西安思源學(xué)院的黨員日常管理工作中發(fā)揮了積極有效的作用,極大提升了相關(guān)管理工作的效率,各項(xiàng)功能均得到了使用者的認(rèn)可與好評(píng)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of computer technology and information technology has laid the foundation for the construction of party affairs informatization. A party member information management system based on J2EE technology system is put forward to improve the efficiency and management level of party affairs. The system is based on the requirements of party member information management, the background demand of system design and development, and the purpose of research and development. In the aspect of scientific feasibility analysis technology, the development mode and application prospect of the system are summarized and expounded. In the specific R & D design, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the current development tools and technical standards. Finally, SSH framework is chosen as the technical basis of this information management system to design the hierarchical structure of the subject, and the system is designed and implemented by using Java language. According to the specific requirements and routine flow of Party members' management, the system functional analysis is completed by using examples and diagrams, and the corresponding security requirements and data processing are analyzed according to the functional requirements. On the basis of the above requirement analysis, HIPO and flow chart are adopted to explain the system structure model based on SSH framework, and the realization methods of each functional module are discussed and analyzed. Finally, the database used in the system is discussed and constructed. To complete the overall planning and deployment of the system. Based on the actual management needs of the Party member management department of Xi'an Siyuan University, this paper improves the scientific and normative level of the party affairs management through the design and application of the information management system. The design and realization of various functions of the system must be based on scientific, in-depth and systematic research, analysis and demonstration. At the same time, it is necessary to complete the corresponding function test and trial run to ensure the scientific nature, stability and perfection of the system, so as to ensure the realization of the design and development goal. After the preliminary design of the system has been completed and put into trial operation, It has played an active and effective role in the daily management of the Party members of Xi'an Siyuan University and greatly improved the efficiency of the related management work. All the functions have been recognized and praised by the users.
