【摘要】:在國(guó)家號(hào)召、教育部大力支持的情況下,教育作為塑造我國(guó)青少年、提升青少年素質(zhì)的重要途徑,在我國(guó)得到了越來(lái)越多的重視,伴隨著高校擴(kuò)招等政策因素的導(dǎo)向,高校人數(shù)越來(lái)越多,每年不斷遞增的學(xué)生數(shù)量使得高校學(xué)生管理工作越來(lái)越麻煩,管理流程面臨著較大的壓力,高校綜合的學(xué)籍管理、教務(wù)管理、選課管理、生活管理等多項(xiàng)工作隨著學(xué)生人數(shù)的遞增而變得更加繁瑣,對(duì)于高校學(xué)生管理工作,設(shè)計(jì)一套高校綜合管理平臺(tái)對(duì)于自動(dòng)化、信息化管理高校綜工作具備著積極進(jìn)步的意義。高校學(xué)生綜合管理系統(tǒng)主要可以劃分為四大功能模塊,從功能角度可以劃分為獎(jiǎng)懲管理、就業(yè)管理、學(xué)生基本信息管理以及教學(xué)管理四部分。就業(yè)信息管理主要涵蓋就業(yè)信息管理、就業(yè)審批管理以及違約管理三方面內(nèi)容;獎(jiǎng)懲管理主要包括榮譽(yù)及處分管理、獎(jiǎng)助學(xué)金管理以及先進(jìn)班集體管理;學(xué)生的基本信息通過(guò)基本信息管理模塊進(jìn)行維護(hù),完成對(duì)學(xué)生日常事務(wù)的組織與協(xié)調(diào)工作;教學(xué)管理模塊可以劃分為學(xué)生選課管理、學(xué)生成績(jī)管理以及教學(xué)通知三個(gè)模塊。學(xué)生工作綜合管理平臺(tái)在模型設(shè)計(jì)階段使用統(tǒng)一建模語(yǔ)言對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行建模,使用用例圖描述系統(tǒng)功能關(guān)系,使用活動(dòng)圖描述系統(tǒng)各模塊的依賴(lài)協(xié)作關(guān)系,使用時(shí)序圖描述系統(tǒng)流程順序關(guān)系,使用類(lèi)圖抽象出系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊,并設(shè)計(jì)類(lèi)之間的依賴(lài)?yán)^承關(guān)系,使用狀態(tài)圖描述系統(tǒng)在某狀態(tài)下的活動(dòng)以及狀態(tài)間切換的觸發(fā)條件。在學(xué)生綜合管理平臺(tái)的測(cè)試階段,對(duì)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了單元測(cè)試以及功能測(cè)試,使用白盒以及黑盒測(cè)試方法,分別從軟件使用者以及軟件工程師的角度對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了,對(duì)于在測(cè)試過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)人員尋找產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因,對(duì)軟件程序漏洞進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真修復(fù),當(dāng)前系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)的需求。
[Abstract]:Under the circumstances of the national call and the strong support of the Ministry of Education, education, as an important way to shape our young people and improve their quality, has received more and more attention in our country, along with the guidance of policy factors such as the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities. There are more and more students in colleges and universities, and the increasing number of students every year makes the management of college students more and more troublesome, the management process is facing great pressure, the comprehensive management of college student status, the management of teaching affairs, the management of elective courses, Life management and other work become more complicated with the increasing number of students. For the management of college students, the design of a comprehensive management platform for automation, The comprehensive management system of college students can be divided into four functional modules, from the perspective of function, it can be divided into reward and punishment management, employment management. The management of employment information mainly includes three aspects: employment information management, employment examination and approval management and breach of contract management, and rewards and punishment management mainly includes honor and punishment management. The basic information of students is maintained through the basic information management module to complete the organization and coordination of students' daily affairs. The teaching management module can be divided into the management of students' elective courses. The integrated management platform of student work uses unified modeling language to model the system in the stage of model design, and uses use case diagram to describe the functional relationship of the system. Activity diagram is used to describe the dependent cooperation relation of each module of the system, sequential diagram is used to describe the sequence relation of system flow, and class diagram is used to abstract the main functional modules of the system, and the dependency inheritance relationship between classes is designed. The state diagram is used to describe the activity of the system in a certain state and the trigger condition of switching between states. In the testing stage of the student integrated management platform, the platform is tested by unit test and function test, and the white box and black box test method is used. Respectively from the point of view of software users and software engineers, the system developers look for the causes of the problems found in the testing process, and make serious repairs to the software program vulnerabilities. The current system runs stably and meets the needs of customers.
