【摘要】：近年來(lái)高等教育取得了較快的發(fā)展,實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備等資源在科研、教學(xué)過(guò)程中發(fā)揮越來(lái)越重要的作用,但傳統(tǒng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備管理模式在管理效率和質(zhì)量上存在諸多問(wèn)題,庫(kù)房管理人員需要花費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間完成日常管理工作,無(wú)法投入更多精力研究如何科學(xué)管理實(shí)驗(yàn)資源,導(dǎo)致工作效率管理水平無(wú)法提高。本文針對(duì)目前高校設(shè)備資源管理存在的問(wèn)題,提出利用信息技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)高校庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng),以提高設(shè)備資源的管理效率。通過(guò)對(duì)高校設(shè)備資源管理業(yè)務(wù)流程的深入分析,充分考慮教學(xué)設(shè)備資源行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、管理模式發(fā)展趨勢(shì)等可變因素,本文運(yùn)用條形碼、二維碼等技術(shù),采用MVC三層架構(gòu)構(gòu)造系統(tǒng)的框架,結(jié)合庫(kù)存管理業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)選擇SQL Server作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),以IIS為應(yīng)用程序服務(wù)器完成了教學(xué)設(shè)備資源庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。本系統(tǒng)包含網(wǎng)絡(luò)訂單、出入庫(kù)、沖賬三大模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)從實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備(資源)的采購(gòu)、入庫(kù)、在線訂單、出庫(kù)各環(huán)節(jié)的管理。通過(guò)使用本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行教學(xué)相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備、資源管理,可以使得設(shè)備資源管理的可靠性明顯提高,有數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、流程清晰、操作便捷等優(yōu)點(diǎn),極大地降低了庫(kù)存資源管理成本,提高設(shè)備資源的利用效率。本文系統(tǒng)采用的MVC架構(gòu)使得系統(tǒng)具有較好的擴(kuò)展性和可重用性。經(jīng)過(guò)具體的編碼實(shí)現(xiàn)和系統(tǒng)測(cè)試,庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng)的各功能模塊均已成功實(shí)現(xiàn),進(jìn)入試運(yùn)行階段。經(jīng)實(shí)際使用證明,本文所設(shè)計(jì)的MVC系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)容錯(cuò)性良好,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,可以滿足高校在實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備、資源管理方面的需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher education has made rapid development. Experimental equipment and other resources play a more and more important role in the process of scientific research and teaching. However, there are many problems in the management efficiency and quality of traditional experimental equipment management mode. Warehouse managers spend a lot of time on their daily management work, unable to devote more energy to how to scientifically manage experimental resources. The management level of work efficiency can not be improved. In view of the problems existing in the management of equipment resources in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the design and development of university inventory management system by using information technology. In order to improve the management efficiency of equipment resources, through the in-depth analysis of the business process of equipment resources management in colleges and universities, taking full account of the industry standards of teaching equipment resources, the development trend of management mode and other variable factors, this paper uses bar code, In this paper, the structure of the system is constructed by using the MVC three-tier architecture, and the SQL Server is selected as the backstage database in combination with the characteristics of the inventory management business. The design of the teaching equipment resource inventory management system is completed with IIS as the application program server. The system includes three modules: network order module, incoming and outgoing module and checkout module, which can realize the purchase, storage and online order from the experimental equipment (resource). By using this system for teaching related experimental equipment and resource management, the reliability of equipment resource management can be improved obviously, the data is accurate, the process is clear, and the operation is convenient, etc. The management cost of inventory resources is greatly reduced and the utilization efficiency of equipment resources is improved. The MVC architecture adopted in this paper makes the system have good scalability and reusability. Each functional module of inventory management system has been successfully realized and entered the stage of trial operation. It has been proved by practical application that the MVC system designed in this paper has good fault-tolerance and stable operation, and can satisfy the experimental equipment in colleges and universities.
