面向服務(wù)型制造的農(nóng)機裝備MES數(shù)據(jù)模型研究

【摘要】:隨著國外農(nóng)機裝備水平的提高,國內(nèi)的農(nóng)機裝備企業(yè)亟需創(chuàng)新制造模式以提升市場競爭力。服務(wù)化與信息化成為農(nóng)機裝備企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的必由之路。目前我國的農(nóng)機裝備企業(yè)正在進行服務(wù)型制造轉(zhuǎn)型和MES(Manufacturing Execution System)信息化建設(shè)二者并舉。但兩者如何結(jié)合,MES建設(shè)要如何滿足服務(wù)型制造轉(zhuǎn)型需要,成為企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的主要目標,其中MES數(shù)據(jù)模型為關(guān)鍵所在。MES數(shù)據(jù)模型是MES建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)。研究面向服務(wù)型制造的MES數(shù)據(jù)模型不僅為MES標準化建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù),且對農(nóng)機裝備企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)和轉(zhuǎn)型升級具有重要意義。本文以拖拉機制造為研究對象,分析其服務(wù)型制造對MES的數(shù)據(jù)需求,建立面向服務(wù)型制造的MES模式;針對產(chǎn)品全生命周期提供設(shè)計、制造與售后三階段增值服務(wù),作出詳盡的數(shù)據(jù)與流程分析,給出人員、設(shè)備、物料、質(zhì)量和計劃等MES功能模塊數(shù)據(jù);建立由粒度、功能模塊、服務(wù)周期構(gòu)成的多維度MES數(shù)據(jù)模型,并分析其結(jié)構(gòu)組織和操作機制;通過拖拉機制造實例進行MES模型實際應(yīng)用,形成SQL server腳本,基于SQL server平臺上的應(yīng)用,并通過Visual Studio平臺建立數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng),為建立面向服務(wù)型制造的農(nóng)機裝備MES系統(tǒng)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。面向服務(wù)型制造的MES數(shù)據(jù)模型研究,分析服務(wù)型制造模式下MES需求及數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu),為企業(yè)向客戶提供增值性服務(wù)提供了數(shù)據(jù)支撐。研究多維度MES數(shù)據(jù)模型,對MES數(shù)據(jù)的集成化管理以及數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)的建立具有一定的理論意義和實用價值。本研究能夠有效解決企業(yè)服務(wù)型制造模式下缺少數(shù)據(jù)支撐的問題,達到MES數(shù)據(jù)集成化和企業(yè)服務(wù)型制造轉(zhuǎn)型升級的目標,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,提高了企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of agricultural machinery and equipment abroad, Domestic agricultural machinery and equipment enterprises urgently need to innovate the manufacturing mode to enhance the market competitiveness. Service and information become the only way for the transformation of agricultural machinery and equipment enterprises. At present, the agricultural machinery equipment enterprises in China are carrying out the transformation of service manufacturing. However, how to combine the construction of mes and MES(Manufacturing Execution system to meet the needs of the transformation of service-oriented manufacturing, MES data model is the key point. Mes data model is the foundation of MES construction. The study of service-oriented manufacturing MES data model not only provides a theoretical basis for MES standardization construction, but also provides a theoretical basis for the construction of MES standardization. This paper takes the tractor manufacture as the research object, analyzes the data demand of the service manufacturing to MES, and establishes the MES model of service-oriented manufacturing. To provide design, manufacture and after-sale value-added service for the whole life cycle of product, make detailed data and process analysis, give the data of MES function module, such as personnel, equipment, material, quality and plan, and establish the function module by granularity, function module, etc. The multi-dimensional MES data model composed of service cycle is constructed, and its structure organization and operation mechanism are analyzed, the practical application of MES model is carried out through tractor manufacturing example, and the SQL server script is formed, which is based on the application of SQL server platform. The data management system is established through Visual Studio platform, which lays a foundation for the establishment of MES system of agricultural machinery equipment for service-oriented manufacturing. The MES data model of service-oriented manufacturing is studied, and the requirements and data architecture of MES in service-oriented manufacturing mode are analyzed. It provides data support for enterprises to provide value-added services to customers. This paper studies a multi-dimensional MES data model. It has certain theoretical significance and practical value for the integrated management of MES data and the establishment of data management system. This study can effectively solve the problem of lack of data support in the enterprise service manufacturing mode. The goal of MES data integration and enterprise service manufacturing transformation and upgrading is achieved, which reduces the production cost and improves the economic benefit of the enterprise.
