【摘要】：協(xié)同辦公是將計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代化的辦公需求結(jié)合起來的一種新型的辦公方式,是新技術(shù)領(lǐng)域中比較活躍、有很強(qiáng)生命力的的應(yīng)用技術(shù),也是信息化時(shí)代的必然產(chǎn)物。從技術(shù)方面來說是采用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),基于工作流的理念,使得企業(yè)和公司內(nèi)部的人員能夠方便快捷的交流共享各種信息,共同協(xié)作提高工作效率,改變了原始的繁瑣、低效的手工辦公的方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息的全方位收集、處理、提取以及快速的應(yīng)用。傳統(tǒng)的手工文件傳遞的方式已經(jīng)不能滿足信息化發(fā)展的需求,因此,迫切的需要把計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源進(jìn)行整合,實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的辦公,加快企業(yè)部門間的信息高速流通和利用。本文設(shè)計(jì)的是基于J2EE架構(gòu)的協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng),此系統(tǒng)是為福建省南安市地稅局設(shè)計(jì)的,此系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)辦公的現(xiàn)代化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化,各部門的人員可以協(xié)同的通過統(tǒng)一的辦公平臺(tái)交流,加強(qiáng)協(xié)同工作,業(yè)務(wù)的處理的速度和效率得到提高,有效的對(duì)信息資源進(jìn)行整合處理,為各類的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)接,采用用戶統(tǒng)一管理和身份認(rèn)證等安全措施來保障系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行。在本文的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中,首先對(duì)協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)研究的背景、意義進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外在此方面的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了探討。提出本文所設(shè)計(jì)的協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的依據(jù)。在對(duì)辦公系統(tǒng)的分析設(shè)計(jì)中首先對(duì)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了說明,本系統(tǒng)要實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)功能全面、性能良好的辦公系統(tǒng)。對(duì)系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)和操作的可行性進(jìn)行了分析。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)架構(gòu)為J2EE,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用了My SQL,保證了系統(tǒng)技術(shù)上的先進(jìn)性。對(duì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)資源的管理工具和工作流工具進(jìn)行了說明。在系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用了統(tǒng)一建模語(yǔ)言對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行建模,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的四層架構(gòu),系統(tǒng)的功能和系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表。在實(shí)現(xiàn)階段實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)各個(gè)模塊的類和系統(tǒng)的界面。目前,協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入使用,系統(tǒng)的使用在很大程度上提高了辦公的效率,信息準(zhǔn)確收集,為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的決策提供可靠的依據(jù),有效的對(duì)信息資源進(jìn)行整合處理。
[Abstract]:Cooperative office is a new type of office technology which combines the computer network technology with the modern office demand. It is an active and powerful application technology in the new technology field. It is also the inevitable outcome of the information age. In terms of technology, it is the use of Internet technology, based on the concept of workflow, so that the enterprise and the personnel within the company can quickly exchange and share all kinds of information, and work together to improve efficiency. Changed the original tedious, inefficient manual office way, realized the omni-directional information collection, processing, extraction and rapid application. The traditional manual file transfer way can no longer meet the needs of the development of information, therefore, There is an urgent need to integrate computer technology with network resources, to realize modern office work, and to speed up the high-speed circulation and utilization of information among enterprise departments. This paper designs a collaborative office system based on J2EE architecture. This system is designed for Fujian Nanan Municipal Bureau of Local Taxation. This system realizes the modernization of office and network information, and the personnel of all departments can cooperate through the unified office platform to strengthen the cooperative work. The processing speed and efficiency of the business are improved, the information resources are effectively integrated and processed, and the data of all kinds of application systems are docked. Security measures such as unified user management and identity authentication are adopted to ensure the normal operation of the system. In the design and implementation of this paper, the background and significance of collaborative office system research are analyzed in detail. This paper discusses the present situation of the research in this field at home and abroad, and puts forward the basis of the collaborative office system designed in this paper. In the analysis and design of the office system, the design goal of the system is first explained. This system should realize an office system with comprehensive function and good performance. This paper analyzes the feasibility of technology and operation. The development framework of the system is J2EE, and the database adopts my SQL, which ensures the advanced technology of the system. The management tools and workflow tools of the data resources of the system are described. In the design of the system, the unified modeling language is used to model the system. The four-layer architecture of the system, the function of the system and the database table of the system are designed. In the realization stage, the classes of each module of the system and the interface of the system are realized. At present, the cooperative office system has been put into use. The use of the system to a large extent improves the efficiency of the office, accurate collection of information, for leaders to provide a reliable basis for decision-making, effective integration of information resources.
