【摘要】:黨的十八大以來,政府機(jī)關(guān)深入開展“轉(zhuǎn)作風(fēng)、提效能”活動(dòng)?(jī)效管理已逐漸成為各行政部門抓落實(shí)、推創(chuàng)新的好抓手,帶隊(duì)伍、促成長(zhǎng)的好幫手。如何建立科學(xué)有效的績(jī)效管理系統(tǒng),便成為人們普遍關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。本文結(jié)合昌吉發(fā)改委的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套員工績(jī)效考核管理系統(tǒng),員工績(jī)效考核系統(tǒng)的成功運(yùn)行對(duì)規(guī)范績(jī)效考核管理工作起到積極的作用。本文主要介紹了員工績(jī)效考核管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的過程,論文首先對(duì)績(jī)效考核系統(tǒng)發(fā)生的背景以及國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述。隨后員工對(duì)績(jī)效考核管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)流程圖、功能用例模型對(duì)系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)需求和功能需求進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。通過時(shí)序圖、類圖對(duì)績(jī)效考核管理系統(tǒng)的功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,通過數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的E-R建模和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的表結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)過程進(jìn)行了描述。最后,對(duì)使用JAVA編程工具和SQL SERVER 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)完成系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程進(jìn)行了說明,同時(shí)對(duì)測(cè)試的過程和測(cè)試結(jié)果也進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的介紹。系統(tǒng)最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了基本規(guī)則設(shè)置、績(jī)效方案管理、績(jī)效計(jì)劃管理、績(jī)效跟進(jìn)、績(jī)效評(píng)估、我的績(jī)效、系統(tǒng)管理功能。系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)基本可以滿足昌吉發(fā)改委對(duì)績(jī)效考核管理工作的要求,顯著的提高了績(jī)效考核管理部門人員的工作效率和工作水平。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, the government organs have carried out the activities of "changing style and raising efficiency" in depth. Performance management has gradually become a good grasp and team for all administrative departments to grasp implementation and promote innovation. How to set up a scientific and effective performance management system has become a hot issue that people pay close attention to. This paper designs and implements a set of employee performance appraisal management system combined with the actual business situation of Changji Development and Reform Commission. The successful operation of employee performance appraisal system plays a positive role in standardizing performance appraisal management. This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation process of employee performance appraisal management system. Firstly, the paper describes the background of the performance appraisal system and the current research situation at home and abroad. Then, the staff analyze the requirements of the performance appraisal management system in detail, combined with the business flow chart, The functional use case model introduces the business requirements and functional requirements of the system in detail. The design process of the functional modules of the performance appraisal management system is analyzed in detail by timing diagram and class diagram. The design process of the database is described through the E-R modeling of database and the database table structure. Finally, the realization process of the system using JAVA programming tool and SQL SERVER 2008 database is described. At the same time, the testing process and test results are also introduced. The system finally realizes the basic rule setting, performance scheme management, performance plan management, performance follow-up, performance evaluation, my performance, The system management function. The system operation results show that the system can basically meet the requirements of Changji Development and Reform Commission for performance appraisal management, and significantly improve the performance appraisal management staff work efficiency and work level.
