汽車液力自動變速器電液模塊效率分析
[Abstract]:Automatic transmission is one of the key parts of automobile assembly, is an ideal transmission device for automobile, and is also an important direction of energy saving and new energy vehicle transmission system research and development. Hydraulic automatic transmission has many advantages, such as mature technology, good industrialization foundation, easy operation, simple control, good adaptability and high reliability. It has been paid more and more attention by the whole car factory in the world, but it still has some shortcomings, such as low transmission efficiency, high fuel consumption and so on. Electro-hydraulic module is the core component of automatic transmission, which is mainly composed of hydraulic valve body, oil circuit and various control valves. It controls the shift, cooling, lubrication and other functions of automatic transmission. Its working efficiency directly affects the performance of automatic transmission. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the efficiency of electro-hydraulic module for the study of the working performance of automatic transmission. In this paper, the development history and basic structure of hydraulic mechanical automatic transmission are summarized, and the research direction of electro-hydraulic module of automatic transmission is discussed from two aspects of main valve body oil circuit fluid theory and solenoid valve technology. Secondly, the efficiency of the main valve body is analyzed from the point of view of pressure loss, and the types and causes of the pressure loss of the valve body are expounded. Then, the flow channel of the main valve body is analyzed, the basic equation of the flow channel fluid and the k-蔚 turbulence model are established, and the steering, process cavity, S-type and other structures in the main valve body flow channel are modeled and simulated based on CFD fluid analysis technology. The causes of pressure loss are analyzed and the size of runner structure is optimized. The optimization results show that the pressure loss of the optimized local channel structure is obviously reduced, which is beneficial to the improvement of the working efficiency of the main valve plate of the electro-hydraulic module. Thirdly, the structure and principle of proportional solenoid valve in electro-hydraulic module are analyzed, its dynamic and steady-state working characteristics are studied, and its working performance is compared and analyzed through bench test and simulation test, and its actual working efficiency is verified. Finally, the performance test bench of the electro-hydraulic module of the automatic transmission is built, and the hydraulic control loop tests such as the main voltage regulating control system, the hydraulic torque converter control system and the shift clutch control system in the electro-hydraulic module are carried out. The test results show that the electro-hydraulic module has high control accuracy, small lag and good working efficiency in each hydraulic test circuit.
