溫成形鋼及其汽車安全結(jié)構(gòu)件的成形技術(shù)

【摘要】:以一種新型具有低奧氏體化溫度和高淬透性的第三代汽車鋼0.1C-5Mn冷軋板為原材料,按照與熱成形基本一致的工藝流程,成功試制出溫成形零件。結(jié)果表明:溫成形鋼板的加熱溫度比傳統(tǒng)熱成形溫度低100~150℃;溫成形模具較熱成形模具簡(jiǎn)化;溫成形工藝成本更低、效率更高。溫成形后的零件尺寸精度高、形狀復(fù)雜,對(duì)在溫成形后的零件上截取的試樣進(jìn)行板拉伸試驗(yàn),試樣的抗拉強(qiáng)度不小于1.3 GPa,且伸長(zhǎng)率大于12%,說(shuō)明其力學(xué)性能尤其是塑性優(yōu)于以22Mn B5鋼為原料的熱成形零件。研究表明,溫成形鋼及其汽車安全結(jié)構(gòu)件可逐步替代、升級(jí)傳統(tǒng)22Mn B5熱成形鋼汽車安全結(jié)構(gòu)件。
