收腰管散熱器的耦合傳熱與試驗

【摘要】:提出了一種收腰型散熱管,在研究其對散熱性能的影響的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了收腰管型百葉窗散熱器的三維模型,應(yīng)用耦合傳熱原理對其傳熱過程進(jìn)行模擬研究。得到不同風(fēng)速下散熱器的進(jìn)出口壓降、翅片傳熱系數(shù)和傳熱量,總結(jié)了收腰管對百葉窗散熱器空氣流道的流體結(jié)構(gòu)及其分布規(guī)律的影響。通過風(fēng)洞試驗對比分析了多種管型散熱器的性能差異,發(fā)現(xiàn)收腰管散熱器具有更優(yōu)的散熱性能,能夠滿足多種車型發(fā)動機(jī)冷卻系統(tǒng)的散熱需求。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of the influence of the heat dissipation on the heat dissipation performance, a three-dimensional model of the shutter radiator is established, and the coupled heat transfer principle is applied to simulate the heat transfer process. The inlet and outlet pressure drop, fin heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer quantity of the radiator under different wind speeds are obtained. The influence of the waist-closing tube on the fluid structure and distribution of the air passage of the shutter radiator is summarized. By comparing and analyzing the performance difference of many kinds of tube radiators through wind tunnel test, it is found that the radiator of the take-up tube has better heat dissipation performance and can meet the cooling requirements of various types of engine cooling system.
