基于油缸鉸接點(diǎn)位置鉸接車轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:Hinge steering mechanism is one of the important parts of articulated vehicle, which not only has an important influence on the vehicle's power performance and steering stability, but also plays an important role in the safe operation of the whole vehicle. A mathematical model for optimal design of hinged steering mechanism is established with the position of the hinge point of the cylinder as the variable. The influence of the variables on the dynamic performance indexes such as the average power consumption, the maximum steering angle and the maximum stroke difference of the steering process system are analyzed. The results show that the position of hinge point has great influence on average power and maximum stroke difference. On this basis, the maximum stroke difference and the average power of the steering process are taken as the objective functions. Under certain constraints, including the boundary constraints, the cylinder structure size constraints, the telescopic ratio and the transmission angle constraints, etc. The steering mechanism is optimized, the position of the hinge point of the cylinder is changed after the optimization, and the maximum stroke difference is reduced by 39.55 and the average power consumed is reduced by 4.99.
