汽車運(yùn)行參數(shù)記錄儀開發(fā)及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:汽車運(yùn)行參數(shù)記錄儀是一種用于汽車啟動(dòng)后進(jìn)行汽車相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)記錄的儀器。其記錄的數(shù)據(jù)可以還原汽車的行駛狀況,反映駕駛員對(duì)汽車的使用情況。當(dāng)發(fā)生事故時(shí),其記錄保存的數(shù)據(jù)可以作為一種證據(jù)幫助執(zhí)法者進(jìn)行事故原因分析和責(zé)任的界定。鑒于以上意義,本文研究和設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于英飛凌XC2785單片機(jī)和嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng)Free RTOS的汽車運(yùn)行參數(shù)記錄儀方案。首先,本文針對(duì)汽車記錄儀,對(duì)其開發(fā)應(yīng)用的背景和意義進(jìn)行了分析論述。闡述了早期汽車記錄儀的起源背景,及其使用之后產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)意義,以及近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究人員對(duì)其進(jìn)行的研究努力。接著本文對(duì)汽車記錄儀的總體框架進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),介紹了系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)思路,形成了對(duì)汽車記錄儀系統(tǒng)硬件層面的分析規(guī)劃。從單片機(jī)的選型及其編程、仿真到系統(tǒng)的電源模塊,外圍數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備,系統(tǒng)通信電路的使用進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。然后論文對(duì)軟件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),完成了Free RTOS的移植、系統(tǒng)任務(wù)的調(diào)度方案設(shè)計(jì)。其中Free RTOS的移植部分分析了Free RTOS內(nèi)核移植所需的文件,以及編譯器所要進(jìn)行的配置,以使Free RTOS可以工作在XC2785單片機(jī)之中。系統(tǒng)任務(wù)的調(diào)度規(guī)劃中分析了任務(wù)所要實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)功能,以及實(shí)現(xiàn)這些功能的邏輯順序。最后論文對(duì)試驗(yàn)采集數(shù)據(jù)處理辦法進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行提取整合處理之后,按照數(shù)據(jù)類別、數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行打包,然后對(duì)其進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)。其中,對(duì)于慣性傳感器測(cè)得的橫擺角速度和側(cè)向加速度,由于其采集頻率高于存儲(chǔ)頻率,所以在采集之后可以通過(guò)在單片機(jī)中已經(jīng)完成離線訓(xùn)練的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型推算出駕駛員方向盤轉(zhuǎn)角。當(dāng)處理器檢測(cè)到用戶要求數(shù)據(jù)上傳的信號(hào)之后,將已經(jīng)存儲(chǔ)的數(shù)據(jù)取出,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)上傳。之后用戶在PC端,通過(guò)上位機(jī)接收數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行保存。
[Abstract]:The vehicle running parameter recorder is a kind of instrument used to record the automobile data after the automobile starts. The recorded data can restore the driving condition of the vehicle and reflect the driver's use of the vehicle. In the event of an accident, the recorded data can be used as evidence to help the law enforcement to analyze the cause of the accident and define the responsibility. In view of the above significance, this paper studies and designs a scheme of automobile running parameter recorder based on Infineon XC2785 microcontroller and embedded real-time operating system Free RTOS. Firstly, the background and significance of the development and application of automobile recorder are analyzed and discussed in this paper. This paper describes the background of the origin of the early automobile recorder and its social significance after its use, as well as the research efforts made by researchers at home and abroad in recent years. Then, the overall frame of the vehicle recorder is designed, the overall design idea of the system is introduced, and the analysis and planning of the hardware level of the system is formed. From the singlechip selection and programming, simulation to the power module of the system, peripheral data acquisition equipment, the use of the system communication circuit is analyzed in detail. Then, the software system is designed, the transplantation of Free RTOS and the scheduling scheme of system task are completed. The porting part of Free RTOS analyzes the files needed for porting the Free RTOS kernel and the configuration of the compiler so that Free RTOS can work in the XC2785 MCU. The system functions to be implemented and the logical sequence of these functions are analyzed in the scheduling planning of system tasks. Finally, the experimental data processing method is studied. After the data collected by the data acquisition equipment is extracted and integrated, the data is packaged according to the data category and the characteristics of the data, and then stored. For the yaw velocity and lateral acceleration measured by the inertial sensor, the acquisition frequency is higher than the storage frequency. So the steering angle of the driver can be calculated by the neural network model which has completed the off-line training in the single chip microcomputer. When the processor detects the signal of the user requesting data upload, the stored data is removed and the data is uploaded. Then the user in the PC end, through the host computer to receive data and save.
