基于Pareto原理的HEV能量控制參數(shù)NSGA-Ⅱ多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化的研究

【摘要】:以某款并聯(lián)混合動(dòng)力汽車為對(duì)象,選取8個(gè)能量控制參數(shù)作為燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性和排放性綜合優(yōu)化參數(shù),提出基于Pareto原理的改進(jìn)型NSGA-Ⅱ多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化算法,并進(jìn)行仿真優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:優(yōu)化后燃油消耗率最大降低了11.29%,排放物綜合指標(biāo)最大下降8.78%,其中CO排放的優(yōu)化效果最顯著,下降了24.2%;SOC平衡的誤差在0.5%以內(nèi),滿足約束條件,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與電機(jī)工作點(diǎn)的效率分布明顯改進(jìn);同時(shí)相比傳統(tǒng)加權(quán)等單目標(biāo)優(yōu)化法,所提出的算法能同時(shí)得到多組優(yōu)化解,為能量管理前期設(shè)計(jì)提供了更多的選擇空間。
