新型平板式汽車氧傳感器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了利用鈰基儲(chǔ)氧材料作為固態(tài)儲(chǔ)氧參比層的新型平板式濃差型汽車氧傳感器的多層結(jié)構(gòu),采用APDL建立其參數(shù)化有限元模型,通過熱傳導(dǎo)分析,對(duì)加熱器進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)優(yōu)化模型施加階躍電壓,通過對(duì)電熱耦合場(chǎng)模擬顯示:t=4 s時(shí),傳感器活性區(qū)域溫度均達(dá)到工作溫度(300℃)以上,t=63 s時(shí),各層溫度趨于穩(wěn)定,其中t=5 s時(shí),各層溫度梯度最大。熱力耦合結(jié)果顯示:各層最大等效應(yīng)力先增大再縮小,最后趨于穩(wěn)定,在t=5 s時(shí),各層熱應(yīng)力值最大,但均小于相應(yīng)溫度下的斷裂強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:The multilayer structure of a new type of plate oxygen sensor for automobile using cerium based oxygen storage material as the solid oxygen storage reference layer is designed.
