汽車工程材料專利戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著人們對生活質(zhì)量要求的提高,未來汽車技術(shù)朝著節(jié)能環(huán)保、安全舒適、智能的方向前進(jìn)。而這些技術(shù)的實現(xiàn),材料的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新起著至關(guān)重要的作用。汽車工程材料領(lǐng)域的科研創(chuàng)新結(jié)果基本都通過專利文獻(xiàn)的形式加以保護(hù)。專利文獻(xiàn)的內(nèi)容包含了豐富的技術(shù)信息、市場動向和法律狀態(tài),故深入分析相關(guān)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的專利文獻(xiàn)信息,可以了解到該產(chǎn)業(yè)范圍的技術(shù)研發(fā)熱點、發(fā)展方向以及市場發(fā)展策略。充分利用這些信息,上升到專利戰(zhàn)略高度,制定出指導(dǎo)行業(yè)發(fā)展的決策,可以提高企業(yè)自身創(chuàng)新能力,進(jìn)而提高整體競爭力。本文檢索了汽車工程材料技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的專利文獻(xiàn)中國范圍內(nèi)3597篇,世界范圍內(nèi)1641篇。運用在線專利信息分析系統(tǒng)和Microsoft excel對專利文獻(xiàn)的情報信息進(jìn)行加工、統(tǒng)計,結(jié)合定量分析和定性分析的方法對統(tǒng)計結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。通過分析世界范圍內(nèi)汽車工程材料專利文獻(xiàn)得知技術(shù)發(fā)展處于高速發(fā)展階段。專利申請主要分布在:日本(JP)、中國(CN)、韓國(KR)、美國(US)、德國(DE)五個國家,日本是專利大國,而美國是專利強國,日本和韓國進(jìn)入中國市場的專利數(shù)量最多。技術(shù)分類主要集聚在鐵基合金、銅基合金、鋁基合金、金屬熱處理、烯烴、聚酰胺、ABS、聚碳酸酯、橡膠。通過分析中國范圍內(nèi)的汽車工程材料專利文獻(xiàn)得知我國技術(shù)發(fā)展也處于高速發(fā)展階段。C22C合金和C08L高分子化合物的組合物是汽車工程材料專利的主要技術(shù)類別,其次是H01M電池組,這三種技術(shù)都有非常好的發(fā)展前景。各企業(yè)之間競爭激烈,與科研機構(gòu)缺乏密切合作。最后,結(jié)合我國在汽車工程材料領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,機遇和挑戰(zhàn),借鑒國外出色的專利戰(zhàn)略,從國家、企業(yè)、科研機構(gòu)三個層面制定出適合中國國情和企業(yè)的汽車工程材料專利戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the quality of life, the future automobile technology will be energy saving, safe, comfortable and intelligent. The realization of these technologies, the development and innovation of materials play a vital role. The results of scientific research and innovation in automotive engineering materials field are basically protected by patent documents. The contents of patent documents contain abundant technical information, market trends and legal status, so in-depth analysis of patent literature information in related technical fields can understand the hot spot of technology research and development in the scope of the industry. Development direction and market development strategy. To make full use of these information, to rise to the level of patent strategy and to make decisions to guide the development of the industry, can improve the innovation ability of the enterprises themselves, and then enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterprises. In this paper, 3597 patent papers in the field of automotive engineering materials and technology are searched in China and 1641 articles worldwide. The online patent information analysis system and Microsoft excel are used to process and calculate the information of patent documents. The statistical results are analyzed by means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. By analyzing the patent documents of automotive engineering materials worldwide, it is known that the development of technology is at a high speed. Patent applications are mainly distributed in five countries: Japan, China, Korea, Korea, USA, and Germany. Japan is a big patent country, while the United States is a patent power. Japan and South Korea have the largest number of patents entering the Chinese market. Technical classification is mainly concentrated in iron base alloy, copper base alloy, aluminum base alloy, metal heat treatment, olefin, polyamide ABS, polycarbonate, rubber. By analyzing the patent documents of automotive engineering materials in China, we know that the composition of C22C alloy and C08L polymer compound is the main technical category of automobile engineering materials patent, followed by H01M battery pack. All three technologies have very good prospects for development. Competition among enterprises is fierce, and lack of close cooperation with scientific research institutions. Finally, combining the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of our country in the field of automotive engineering materials, drawing lessons from the outstanding foreign patent strategy, from the country, enterprises, Three levels of scientific research institutions have worked out a patent strategy for automotive engineering materials suitable for China's national conditions and enterprises.
