【摘要】：基于進(jìn)氣道燃料噴射(port fuel injection,PFI)氫內(nèi)燃機(jī)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),研究了帶熱廢氣再循環(huán)(exhaust gas recirculation,EGR)系統(tǒng)氫內(nèi)燃機(jī)的燃燒和排放特性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:采用熱EGR能增大氫內(nèi)燃機(jī)的滯燃期和燃燒持續(xù)期,顯著降低缸內(nèi)最高壓力和溫度;EGR率增大時(shí)平均有效指示壓力和循環(huán)變動(dòng)的變化并不顯著,對(duì)整機(jī)的功率輸出和平順工作幾乎沒(méi)有影響,中高負(fù)荷時(shí)需要采用很大的EGR率才能大幅度降低NOx排放,在高負(fù)荷時(shí)控制排放所需的EGR率不大,高負(fù)荷時(shí)過(guò)大的EGR率可能造成燃料經(jīng)濟(jì)性和動(dòng)力性的大幅度下降。
[Abstract]:The combustion and emission characteristics of a hydrogen combustion engine with hot exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system were studied based on the intake port fuel injection system. The experimental results show that the thermal EGR can increase the ignition delay and combustion duration of the hydrogen combustion engine, and decrease the average effective indicating pressure and cycle change of the hydrogen combustion engine with the increase of the maximum pressure in the cylinder and the increase of the temperature. It has little effect on the power output and smooth operation of the whole machine. In order to reduce the NOx emission greatly, it is necessary to adopt a large EGR rate when the load is medium and high, but the EGR rate required for controlling the emission at the high load is not large. Excessive EGR rate at high load may result in a significant decrease in fuel economy and power performance.
