基于HHT去噪和互相關原理的ABS制動液壓力波波速的研究

【摘要】:汽車防抱死系統(tǒng)(ABS)依靠制動液壓力波傳遞制動壓力,對汽車制動效能影響很大。文中利用壓力傳感器采集ABS制動液壓力,對采集的數(shù)據(jù)進行希爾伯特-黃變換(HHT)去噪,再利用互相關原理對不同剎車盤轉(zhuǎn)速和制動管路長度下的制動液壓力波波速進行計算。研究表明,制動液壓力波波速可達1 181.8 m/s。
[Abstract]:Anti-lock braking system (ABS) relies on brake fluid pressure wave to transfer braking pressure, which has great influence on vehicle braking efficiency. In this paper, the pressure of ABS brake fluid is collected by pressure sensor, the collected data is de-noised by Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT), and the pressure wave velocity of brake fluid under different brake disc speed and brake pipe length is calculated by cross-correlation principle. The results show that the pressure wave velocity of brake fluid can reach 1 181.8 m / s.
