【摘要】：為降低車(chē)門(mén)生產(chǎn)成本且使其適當(dāng)輕量化,本文中提出將車(chē)門(mén)內(nèi)板進(jìn)行分塊,使模具小型化,并根據(jù)車(chē)門(mén)強(qiáng)度需求,內(nèi)板不同部位選用不同材料,用有限元方法分析其剛度和模態(tài),并與原單一材料車(chē)門(mén)進(jìn)行對(duì)比。最后進(jìn)一步對(duì)多材料分塊車(chē)門(mén)內(nèi)板進(jìn)行拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化和形貌優(yōu)化,最終使車(chē)門(mén)在滿足性能要求的條件下,減輕了車(chē)門(mén)質(zhì)量,降低其生產(chǎn)成本。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the cost of car door production and make it suitable for light weight, this paper proposes to block the inner plate of the door, make the mold miniaturized, and select the different materials in different parts of the inner plate according to the strength requirement of the door, analyze its stiffness and mode with the finite element method, and compare with the original single material car door. Finally, the multi material partition car is further further studied. The topology optimization and shape optimization of the inner door panel ultimately reduce the door quality and reduce the production cost when the door meets the performance requirements.
