高壓大型車用盤式制動(dòng)器熱摩擦磨損機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:盤式制動(dòng)器的制動(dòng)過程伴隨著強(qiáng)烈的“熱-應(yīng)力-磨損”耦合現(xiàn)象,制動(dòng)盤溫度高、波動(dòng)程度大,摩擦片磨損快且不均勻的問題,已經(jīng)成為制約盤式制動(dòng)器使用壽命的主要因素,因此,開展高壓大型車用盤式制動(dòng)器熱摩擦磨損機(jī)理研究,對(duì)提高汽車制動(dòng)安全性,有效提升制動(dòng)性能具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。本文針對(duì)24.5T 灰鑄鐵制動(dòng)盤和樹脂基復(fù)合材料摩擦片所組成的摩擦副,采用試驗(yàn)研究、理論分析和數(shù)值計(jì)算相結(jié)合的方式,對(duì)其在1.2MPa氣壓下的熱摩擦磨損機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究。主要研究內(nèi)容和結(jié)論如下:(1)通過制動(dòng)盤與摩擦片在室溫至800℃的拉壓試驗(yàn)、熱物性參數(shù)試驗(yàn),建立制動(dòng)盤與摩擦片的本構(gòu)模型和熱機(jī)耦合有限元分析模型。綜合利用解析法和CFD技術(shù),確定摩擦片、制動(dòng)盤和空氣之間的對(duì)流換熱系數(shù),并結(jié)合溫度場試驗(yàn),探討制動(dòng)盤與摩擦片在緊急制動(dòng)工況和連續(xù)制動(dòng)工況下溫度場、應(yīng)力場和接觸壓力的變化規(guī)律,證明溫度場與應(yīng)力場之間存在強(qiáng)耦合關(guān)系。(2)以樹脂基復(fù)合摩擦材料為對(duì)象,進(jìn)行銷盤式摩擦磨損試驗(yàn),研究摩擦系數(shù)、磨損率隨溫度的變化關(guān)系,建立合理的摩擦磨損模型。通過分析試驗(yàn)過程中摩擦力矩、磨損體積、磨損深度和接觸壓力的變化規(guī)律,得出磨損半徑越大,磨損深度越大的結(jié)論。提出磨損深度不均勻度hNU和接觸壓力不均勻度piNU的概念,采用正交試驗(yàn)極差分析法,研究不同制動(dòng)工況下壓力分布對(duì)磨損深度的影響,得出當(dāng)壓力中心處于摩擦材料試樣下半部分中心時(shí),hNU和piNU最小,摩擦磨損性能最好的結(jié)論。(3)編寫用戶子程序UMESHMOTION,采用自動(dòng)后處理熱機(jī)耦合計(jì)算結(jié)果方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)盤式制動(dòng)器熱摩擦磨損行為的數(shù)值模擬,分析摩擦片磨損體積、磨損深度、摩擦力矩、接觸壓力和接觸面積的變化規(guī)律,探究溫度對(duì)磨損深度、接觸壓力和接觸面積的影響。利用慣性臺(tái)架試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證熱摩擦磨損仿真的正確性,并采用掃描掃描電鏡,觀察磨損后摩擦片表面的微觀形貌,研究溫度對(duì)磨損機(jī)理的影響,得到不同制動(dòng)時(shí)期的摩擦片磨損形式。
[Abstract]:The brake process of disc brake is accompanied by the strong coupling phenomenon of "thermo-stress-wear", the temperature of brake disc is high, the degree of fluctuation is large, and the wear of friction disc is fast and uneven.It has become the main factor that restricts the service life of disc brake. Therefore, the research on the mechanism of hot friction and wear of high pressure large scale disc brake can improve the safety of automobile brake.It has important theoretical significance and practical value to improve braking performance effectively.In this paper, the hot friction and wear mechanism of 24.5T gray cast iron brake disc and resin matrix composite friction plate under 1.2MPa pressure was studied by means of the combination of experimental study, theoretical analysis and numerical calculation.The main contents and conclusions are as follows: (1) the constitutive model of brake disc and friction disc and the coupled finite element analysis model of heat engine are established by the tension and compression test of brake disc and friction disc at room temperature to 800 鈩,
