【摘要】:機(jī)械彈性車輪結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)是一個(gè)十分具體而又復(fù)雜的過程,將參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)引入機(jī)械彈性車輪的設(shè)計(jì)對于提高其設(shè)計(jì)效率具有重要意義。本文結(jié)合機(jī)械彈性車輪自身結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),基于參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)和Pro/E二次開發(fā)的理論,開發(fā)了機(jī)械彈性車輪的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)ME-Wheel Design,實(shí)現(xiàn)了與傳統(tǒng)輪胎相匹配的新型機(jī)械彈性車輪的參數(shù)選擇及校核、三維建模、工程圖繪制以及自動裝配等功能。論文的主要研究工作如下:(1)參考傳統(tǒng)輪胎設(shè)計(jì)流程,并結(jié)合機(jī)械彈性車輪的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),搭建了ME-Wheel Design系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)框架,主要包括總體設(shè)計(jì)、胎圈設(shè)計(jì)、輪轂設(shè)計(jì)、鉸鏈組設(shè)計(jì)等功能模塊;基于軟件開發(fā)平臺Visual Studio 2008及Pro/E 5.0二次開發(fā)環(huán)境,并利用Access 2007構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,完成了ME-Wheel Design系統(tǒng)的程序開發(fā)。(2)基于機(jī)械彈性車輪簡化力學(xué)分析模型,對機(jī)械彈性車輪的各部分進(jìn)行了力學(xué)分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對關(guān)鍵零件進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度校核;基于自上而下的設(shè)計(jì)原理,對車輪結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分類并建立了結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)之間的約束關(guān)系;基于MFC技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了包含可視化界面的機(jī)械彈性車輪參數(shù)選擇及校核功能,簡化了原本復(fù)雜的計(jì)算過程;搭建系統(tǒng)后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用ADO數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)對設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)及設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范的集成管理。(3)對機(jī)械彈性車輪的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了研究,并基于Pro/Toolkit工具箱得以實(shí)現(xiàn);趨(shù)化建模方法,搭建了機(jī)械彈性車輪的零件參數(shù)化模型庫;利用Pro/Toolkit工具箱的API函數(shù)建立系統(tǒng)與零件參數(shù)化模型庫之間的聯(lián)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械彈性車輪零件的三維建模、工程圖繪制等功能;采用坐標(biāo)系裝配的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械彈性車輪零件的自動裝配。(4)基于ME-Wheel Design系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了與265/70R17轎車充氣輪胎相匹配的新型機(jī)械彈性車輪的參數(shù)化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),成功完成了對系統(tǒng)的測試。結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)規(guī)范了機(jī)械彈性車輪的設(shè)計(jì)流程,能夠較為可靠的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械彈性車輪的快速變型,而且具備較為完善的數(shù)據(jù)管理功能和友好的人機(jī)操作界面。ME-Wheel Design系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)是對機(jī)械彈性車輪的數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)和制造的探索,對于提高機(jī)械彈性車輪的設(shè)計(jì)效率具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,而且設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)思想對于其他產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The structural design of mechanical elastic wheels is a very concrete and complex process. It is very important to introduce parametric design into the design of mechanical elastic wheels for improving its design efficiency.Based on the theory of parametric design and Pro/E secondary development, this paper combines the structural characteristics of mechanical elastic wheels.A structural parameterized design system (ME-Wheel Design) for mechanical elastic wheels is developed. The functions of parameter selection and verification, 3D modeling, drawing of engineering drawings and automatic assembly of new type mechanical elastic wheels matching with traditional tires are realized.The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) referring to the traditional tire design process and combining the structural characteristics of mechanical elastic wheels, the overall design framework of ME-Wheel Design system is built, which mainly includes overall design, bead design, hub design, etc.Based on the software development platform Visual Studio 2008 and Pro/E 5.0 secondary development environment, and using Access 2007 to build the background database of the system, the program development of ME-Wheel Design system is completed, which is based on the simplified mechanical analysis model of mechanical elastic wheel.The mechanical analysis of each part of the mechanical elastic wheel is carried out, and on this basis, the strength of the key parts is checked, and the top-down design principle is used.The structural parameters of the wheel are classified and the constraint relations between the structural parameters are established, and the mechanical elastic wheel parameter selection and checking function including the visual interface is realized based on MFC technology, which simplifies the original complicated calculation process.The background database of the system is built and the integrated management of design parameters and design specifications is realized by using ADO database access technology. The parametric design of mechanical elastic wheel is studied and realized based on Pro/Toolkit toolbox.Based on the parameterized modeling method, the parametric model base of mechanical elastic wheel is built, and the relation between the system and the parametric model base is established by using the API function of Pro/Toolkit toolbox to realize the 3D modeling of mechanical elastic wheel parts.Based on ME-Wheel Design system, the parameterized structure design of a new type of mechanical elastic wheel matching with 265/70R17 car inflatable tire is realized.The system has been tested successfully.The results show that the system can standardize the design flow of the mechanical elastic wheel, and can realize the rapid change of the mechanical elastic wheel more reliably.Moreover, the development of ME-Wheel Design system with perfect data management function and friendly man-machine interface is the exploration of digital design and manufacture of mechanical elastic wheel, which is of practical significance to improve the design efficiency of mechanical elastic wheel.Moreover, the idea of design and development has certain guiding significance for the development of other product design systems.
