開發(fā)有特色的汽車鋁合金及其沖擠件

【摘要】:2015年國外汽車工業(yè)原鋁與再生鋁的用量約7 500 kt,約占鋁總消費量的25.7%。中國的用量約3 200 kt,不到鋁消費總量34 000 kt的10%,這說明中國汽車用鋁潛力還很大。中國宜盡快使已建成的ABS(汽車車身薄板)項目達產(chǎn),在建項目盡快建成外,還需要開發(fā)有企業(yè)特色的ABS鋁合金;中國也需要建設(shè)沖擠汽車鋁合金零件項目,國內(nèi)至今尚無這類企業(yè),沖擠件性能優(yōu)于鑄件的,而接近鍛件的,其生產(chǎn)成本比鍛件的低不少。
[Abstract]:In 2015, the consumption of primary and regenerated aluminium in foreign automobile industry was about 7 500 kt, accounting for 25. 7% of total aluminum consumption.The consumption of aluminum in China is about 3 200 kt, less than 10% of the total consumption of 34 000 kt, which shows that the potential of aluminum for automobile use in China is still very great.China should make the completed ABS (car body sheet) project up to production as soon as possible. In addition to the construction of the project under construction as soon as possible, it is also necessary to develop ABS aluminum alloy with enterprise characteristics, and China also needs to build a project for extruding automotive aluminum alloy parts.Up to now, there is no such enterprise in our country. The properties of extruded parts are superior to those of castings, but the production cost of forgings is much lower than that of forgings.
