【摘要】:自從2010年第一屆中國(guó)大學(xué)生方程式汽車(chē)大賽在中國(guó)舉行以來(lái),越來(lái)越多的高校車(chē)隊(duì)參與到了這項(xiàng)比賽之中。為了能在比賽中取得優(yōu)越的成績(jī),各個(gè)車(chē)隊(duì)紛紛展開(kāi)了對(duì)方程式賽車(chē)的研究。車(chē)架是方程式賽車(chē)的重要組成部分,幾乎所有賽車(chē)零部件都需要安裝在車(chē)架上。在比賽中,車(chē)架將受到路面的激勵(lì)、各個(gè)總成的重力等各種力的作用,所以車(chē)架的性能優(yōu)劣對(duì)比賽的成績(jī)至關(guān)重要。如果車(chē)架性能不夠好,就可能在比賽中發(fā)生變形甚至斷裂,導(dǎo)致賽車(chē)無(wú)法繼續(xù)比賽。同時(shí),車(chē)架的抗變形能力會(huì)影響賽車(chē)的四輪定位參數(shù),如果車(chē)架發(fā)生嚴(yán)重變形,將導(dǎo)致整車(chē)四輪定位參數(shù)發(fā)生變化,進(jìn)而影響賽車(chē)的操穩(wěn)性能。而且,車(chē)架的質(zhì)量直接決定賽車(chē)的動(dòng)力性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性,一個(gè)較輕的車(chē)架將會(huì)使賽車(chē)的動(dòng)力性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性大大提高。但是在追求輕量化的同時(shí),我們也要保證車(chē)架的強(qiáng)度剛度滿足比賽要求,防止車(chē)架在比賽中發(fā)生失效,并對(duì)車(chē)架進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,防止賽車(chē)在比賽過(guò)程中發(fā)生共振現(xiàn)象。本文利用HyperMesh軟件,首先對(duì)車(chē)架進(jìn)行拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)從無(wú)到有的過(guò)程。根據(jù)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化密度分布圖初步設(shè)計(jì)出方程式賽車(chē)的雛形。之后對(duì)車(chē)架的強(qiáng)度、剛度以及模態(tài)進(jìn)行分析,保證車(chē)架在比賽過(guò)程中不會(huì)發(fā)生失效和共振現(xiàn)象。最后對(duì)初步設(shè)計(jì)的車(chē)架進(jìn)行尺寸優(yōu)化,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化車(chē)架性能,并得出車(chē)架的最終模型。
[Abstract]:Since the first Chinese University Student Formula car Competition was held in China in 2010, more and more college teams have participated in the race. Teams have been studying Formula Racing. The frame is an important part of the Formula Racing, and almost all of the racing parts need to be mounted on the frame. During the race, the frame will be excited by the road. The gravity of each assembly and other forces, so the performance of the frame is crucial to the performance of the race. If the performance of the frame is not good enough, the frame may be distorted or even broken in the race, resulting in the car can not continue the race. At the same time, The anti-deformation ability of the frame will affect the four-wheel positioning parameters of the racing car. If the frame is seriously deformed, it will result in the change of the four-wheel positioning parameters of the whole car, and then affect the stability performance of the car. The quality of the frame directly determines the power and economy of the car. A lighter frame will greatly improve the power and economy of the car. However, while pursuing lightweight, we should also ensure that the strength and stiffness of the frame meet the requirements of the race. In order to prevent the frame from invalidation and modal analysis of the frame, and prevent the race car from resonance during the race, this paper uses HyperMesh software to optimize the topology design of the frame. Realize a process from nothing to existence. According to the topology optimization density distribution map, the prototype of the equation racing car is designed. Then, the strength, stiffness and mode of the frame are analyzed. Finally, the initial design of the frame size optimization, further optimize the performance of the frame, and get the final model of the frame.
