汽車減振器性能試驗(yàn)臺(tái)液壓伺服控制系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的不斷提高,人們也越來越追求高品質(zhì)的生活,都希望有一輛屬于自己的汽車,因此造就了目前國內(nèi)汽車行業(yè)的巨大發(fā)展。同時(shí),汽車的安全性、平穩(wěn)性和舒適性等因素也越來越受到廣大消費(fèi)者的重視。為了滿足消費(fèi)者的需求,普遍的做法是通過使用各種高品質(zhì)的汽車減振器來減小車輛的振動(dòng)。而汽車減振器的性能則需要使用專用的性能試驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。因此,性能優(yōu)良的汽車減振器性能試驗(yàn)臺(tái)對(duì)于提高汽車減振器品質(zhì)起到了關(guān)鍵的作用。本文的主要內(nèi)容就是要開發(fā)一種操作簡(jiǎn)單,功能完善的汽車減振器性能試驗(yàn)臺(tái)液壓伺服控制系統(tǒng)。首先,本文對(duì)減振器性能試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了敘述。通過與機(jī)械式激振機(jī)構(gòu)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)相比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)使用液壓伺服系統(tǒng)作為激振系統(tǒng)的減振器性能試驗(yàn)臺(tái)具有更優(yōu)異的性能。其次,根據(jù)課題的主要任務(wù)和要求,完成了液壓系統(tǒng)方案的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和選型;對(duì)系統(tǒng)所選擇的電液伺服閥、傳感器、液壓缸等元件建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,并推導(dǎo)出電液伺服位置控制系統(tǒng)的傳遞函數(shù)。然后,利用液壓、氣動(dòng)一體化控制仿真軟件HyPneu對(duì)液壓伺服控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、準(zhǔn)確性、快速性仿真與分析;并使用PID控制理論對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行校正。最后,選用數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器(DSP)作為整個(gè)電液伺服系統(tǒng)的控制器。并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際使用情況和設(shè)計(jì)要求,對(duì)DSP控制器的電源、復(fù)位模塊、仿真接口模塊和D/A模塊等主要硬件模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與研究。通過對(duì)仿真結(jié)果的分析,可以看出所設(shè)計(jì)的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)液壓伺服控制系統(tǒng)具有響應(yīng)快、控制精度高的特點(diǎn),能夠滿足系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的基本要求。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of economic level, people are more and more in pursuit of high quality life. They all want to have a car of their own, thus creating a huge development of domestic automobile industry. At the same time, car safety, Factors such as smoothness and comfort have also been paid more and more attention by consumers. In order to meet the needs of consumers, The common practice is to reduce vehicle vibration by using a variety of high-quality automotive shock absorbers, the performance of which needs to be tested on a dedicated performance test rig. The excellent performance test bench of automobile shock absorber plays a key role in improving the quality of automobile shock absorber. The main content of this paper is to develop a kind of simple operation. A fully functional hydraulic servo control system for the performance test bench of automobile shock absorber. Firstly, this paper describes the development of the performance test bench of the shock absorber. It is found that the hydraulic servo system is used as the shock absorber performance test rig with better performance. Secondly, according to the main tasks and requirements of the subject, the design of the hydraulic system scheme is completed. The mathematical model of electro-hydraulic servo valve, sensor and hydraulic cylinder is established, and the transfer function of electro-hydraulic servo position control system is deduced. The pneumatic integrated control simulation software HyPneu is used to simulate and analyze the stability, accuracy and rapidity of the hydraulic servo control system, and the PID control theory is used to correct the system. The digital signal processor (DSP) is chosen as the controller of the whole electro-hydraulic servo system. According to the actual use and design requirements of the system, the power supply and reset module of the DSP controller are analyzed. The main hardware modules such as the simulation interface module and the D / A module are designed and studied. Through the analysis of the simulation results, it can be seen that the hydraulic servo control system of the test bed has the characteristics of fast response and high control precision. Can meet the basic requirements of system design.
