固體顆粒對應(yīng)急排水車排水泵性能的影響

【摘要】:以應(yīng)急排水車用排水泵為研究對象,采用數(shù)值仿真方法,研究排水泵固液兩相流動特征,分析固體顆粒對水泵的磨損及外特征性能參數(shù)影響的規(guī)律,提出了有利于流動的模型優(yōu)化措施.結(jié)果表明:葉輪進(jìn)口后蓋板附近區(qū)域、正導(dǎo)葉的凹面以及葉輪葉片進(jìn)口附近區(qū)域的磨損較大;隨著固體顆粒直徑的增大,揚(yáng)程和效率減小而功率增大,但變化幅度很小,隨著固體顆粒體積含量的增大,其變化趨勢相同但變化幅度較大;通過分析首級葉輪內(nèi)部流場的不規(guī)律流動現(xiàn)象,得到了改善流動狀態(tài)的方法.
[Abstract]:Taking the emergency drainage pump as the research object, the characteristics of solid-liquid two-phase flow of the drainage pump are studied by numerical simulation method, and the influence of solid particles on the wear and external characteristic parameters of the pump is analyzed. The results show that the concave surface of the positive guide vane and the impeller blade near the inlet of the impeller have a large wear and tear with the increase of solid particle diameter. The lift and efficiency decrease but the power increases, but the variation range is very small. With the increase of solid particle volume content, the variation trend is the same but the change range is larger. A method to improve the flow state is obtained.
