DOC與SCR系統(tǒng)在輕型柴油機中的應用研究

【摘要】:針對單獨的選擇性催化還原器(SCR)不能使輕型柴油機排放達到標準,提出氧化催化轉化器(DOC)與SCR組合應用。基于臺架試驗,在一臺四缸共軌增壓中冷柴油機的排氣管上匹配DOC和SCR并進行歐洲穩(wěn)態(tài)循環(huán)(ESC)測試研究,探究了DOC對SCR入口處進氣的溫度影響和對SCR中結晶物進行熱重分析,研究了DOC+SCR對柴油機的經濟性的影響、尾氣排放性能的影響。試驗結果表明:DOC對提高SCR入口溫度的作用不大,在轉速2 400 r/min,扭矩126 N·m時達到最大10℃;DOC主要改變SCR入口NO2與NOx的體積比,怠速狀態(tài)下提高比例達到64%,其余工況達到30%;對尿素沉積物進行了分析,得出排氣管壁與噴嘴處附近的結晶組分含量不相同;柴油機采用DOC與SCR后處理裝置后,燃油消耗率在高負荷情況下增大1.5%;CO和HC排放在各個負荷下都大幅下降,排放值分別為0.007 g/(k W·h)、0.005 g/(k W·h);NOx的排放在SCR作用下達到1.209 g/(k W·h),轉化率達到79%。研究結果可為輕型柴油機滿足排放標準、優(yōu)化排放提供參考。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the single selective catalytic reducer (SCR) can not meet the emission standard of light duty diesel engine, the combined application of oxidation catalytic converter (SCR) and SCR is put forward. DOC and SCR were matched on the exhaust pipe of a four-cylinder common-rail turbocharged intercooled diesel engine, and the European steady-state cycle test was carried out. The influence of DOC on the inlet temperature of SCR and the thermogravimetric analysis of the crystal in SCR were investigated. The effects of DOC SCR on diesel engine economy and exhaust emission performance are studied. The experimental results show that DOC SCR has little effect on increasing the inlet temperature of SCR.
