水田作業(yè)工況的拖拉機(jī)振動特性

【摘要】:為研究拖拉機(jī)在水田工況下的振動特性。該文采用輪胎滾動法測取南京江浦農(nóng)場水田硬底層縱斷面空間函數(shù),對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行自相關(guān)性檢驗(yàn),分析硬底層垂直位移功率譜密度;以CF700型拖拉機(jī)(常發(fā)集團(tuán))為研究對象,基于輪胎-濕軟水田土壤系統(tǒng),建立水田工況下拖拉機(jī)三自由度振動微分方程和仿真模型,以水田硬底層縱斷面時間函數(shù)為輸入矢量,對拖拉機(jī)振動特性進(jìn)行仿真研究,并將仿真結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果表明,水田硬底層高程具有統(tǒng)計相關(guān)性,其不平度系數(shù)Gx(0.1)=316.7×10-6 m3,擬合指數(shù)w=-1.651;試驗(yàn)所得拖拉機(jī)前橋、后橋及座椅椅面垂向振動頻率分別是2.91、3.6及2.5 Hz,與仿真結(jié)果相對誤差分別為19.9%、7.2%、16.0%。以上結(jié)果為面向水田作業(yè)的拖拉機(jī)振動研究提供路面參考模型,驗(yàn)證了水田工況下拖拉機(jī)三自由度平面振動模型的有效性,為拖拉機(jī)減振系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)設(shè)計提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the vibration characteristics of tractor under paddy field conditions, the vertical displacement power spectral density of hard bottom layer was analyzed by using tire rolling method to measure the spatial function of the vertical bottom section of the paddy field in Jiangpu farm, Nanjing, and to test the autocorrelation of the data. Taking the CF700 tractor (Changfa Group) as the research object, based on the soil system of tire and wet soft paddy field, the differential equation of vibration and simulation model of the tractor with three degrees of freedom under the condition of paddy field are established, and the time function of vertical section of the hard bottom layer of paddy field is taken as the input vector. The vibration characteristics of tractor are simulated and compared with the test results. The results show that the height of hard bottom of paddy field has statistical correlation, the coefficient of irregularity is Gx(0.1)=316.7 脳 10-6 m3, the fitting index is wn-1.651.The test results show that the front axle of tractor is obtained. The vertical vibration frequencies of rear axle and chair face are 2.91g / 3.6 and 2.5 Hz respectively, and the relative error from the simulation results is 19.9and 7.2g / 16.0 respectively. The above results provide a road reference model for the study of tractor vibration facing paddy field operation. The validity of the three-degree-of-freedom plane vibration model of the tractor under paddy field conditions is verified, which provides a theoretical basis for the parameter design of the tractor vibration absorption system.
