【摘要】：針對某越野車進氣口噪聲引起車內(nèi)噪聲大的問題,采用GT-POWER軟件計算空氣濾清器傳遞損失,結(jié)果顯示其傳遞損失偏低,從而導(dǎo)致進氣口噪聲大。研究穿孔管消聲器傳遞損失特性與穿孔率的關(guān)系,基于研究結(jié)果設(shè)計了帶有穿孔管的空氣濾清器以提高傳遞損失。經(jīng)實車試驗驗證,傳遞損失增加后進氣口噪聲和車內(nèi)噪聲減小,即新空氣濾清器有效。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the noise in the air inlet of an off-road vehicle caused by the noise inside the vehicle, the transfer loss of the air filter is calculated by using GT-POWER software. The result shows that the transfer loss is low. The relationship between the transmission loss characteristics of perforated tube muffler and the perforation rate is studied. Based on the research results, an air filter with perforated tube is designed to improve the transmission loss. The new air filter is effective when the transmission loss increases and the air inlet noise and the vehicle interior noise decrease.
