【摘要】:我國道路交通安全事故自2002年以來雖然一直呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,但與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比較,還有很大的差距。同時低駕齡駕駛?cè)耸堑缆方煌ㄊ鹿矢甙l(fā)人群,主要由駕駛技能生疏,抗干擾能力差等原因造成,這與機(jī)動車駕駛員培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量有著密切關(guān)聯(lián)。伴隨中國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,機(jī)動車保有量迅速增加,學(xué)駕需求也逐年增長,帶來了機(jī)動車駕駛員培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的瘋狂增長,駕培市場競爭日益激烈。面對激烈競爭的市場環(huán)境,機(jī)動車駕駛員培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的經(jīng)營理念也必須發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,打造自身品牌,構(gòu)建核心競爭力才能在競爭中立于不敗之地。同時計時培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)和駕駛模擬器等信息化設(shè)備的使用開啟了機(jī)動車駕駛員培訓(xùn)的新模式。在這樣的背景下,構(gòu)建適應(yīng)時代發(fā)展的機(jī)動車駕駛員培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量信譽(yù)考核體系,提升駕駛培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量信譽(yù)變得尤為重要。本文以提升機(jī)動車駕駛員培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量信譽(yù)為目的,首先界定了機(jī)動車駕駛員培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量信譽(yù)的內(nèi)涵和構(gòu)成要素,在此基礎(chǔ)上具體分析了機(jī)動車駕駛員培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量信譽(yù)考核的要素,構(gòu)建了包含設(shè)施設(shè)備配備、經(jīng)營管理、品牌建設(shè)、核心競爭力、教學(xué)過程監(jiān)管、駕駛適應(yīng)性檢測和培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量追蹤7個一級指標(biāo)和21個二級指標(biāo)的指標(biāo)體系。接著,通過對綜合評價方法的優(yōu)勢和局限性的對比分析,選擇模糊層次分析法構(gòu)建機(jī)動車駕駛員培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量信譽(yù)考核體系,對機(jī)動車駕駛員培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量信譽(yù)進(jìn)行了評價。最后對考核體系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)和分析,并明確了考核結(jié)果的應(yīng)用。本文對機(jī)動車駕駛員培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量信譽(yù)的內(nèi)涵和構(gòu)成要素的分析,以及將駕駛適應(yīng)性理論引入培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量信譽(yù)考核之中,為機(jī)動車駕駛員培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量信譽(yù)的研究提供了理論支撐,同時培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量信譽(yù)考核體系對道路運(yùn)輸管理部門制定對策、培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)完善培訓(xùn)服務(wù)、消費(fèi)者理性選擇培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)具有重要的引導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The road traffic accident in our country since 2002, although there has been a downward trend, but compared with developed countries, there is a big gap. At the same time, novice drivers are high risk of road traffic accidents, mainly caused by driving skills rusty, poor anti-interference ability, which is closely associated with the motor vehicle driver training quality. With the rapid development of Chinese social economy, the rapid increase in vehicle ownership, learn to drive demand also increased year by year, the crazy growth of motor vehicle driver training institutions, driver training market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In the face of fierce competition in the market environment, the business concept of motor vehicle driver training institutions must also change, create their own brand, to build the core competitiveness in an invincible position in the competition. At the same time the use of timing driving simulator training system and information technology equipment on vehicle A new model of driver training. In this context, the construction adapt to the development of motor vehicle driver training quality evaluation system, enhance the credibility of the quality of driving training has become particularly important. In this paper, in order to enhance the credibility of the quality of motor vehicle driver training for the purpose, defines the connotation of motor vehicle driver training quality reputation and the elements, on the basis of detailed analysis the elements of motor vehicle driver training evaluation of the quality and credibility of the constructed facilities allocation, management, brand building, core competence, teaching process supervision, driving adaptability testing and training quality tracking index system with 7 indexes and 21 level two indexes. Then, by comparing the advantages and limitations of the comprehensive evaluation method the analysis of the selection of Fuzzy AHP to establish the credibility of the quality of motor vehicle driver training assessment system for motor vehicle Driver training quality and reputation are evaluated. Finally the evaluation system for the empirical test and analysis, application and clear assessment results. In this paper, the connotation of the credibility of the quality of the motor vehicle driver training and the analysis of the components, as well as the driving adaptability theory into training assessment of credit quality, provides theoretical support for the research of motor vehicle driver training quality the credibility of the quality of training at the same time, the credibility evaluation system to develop countermeasures of road transportation management departments, training institutions to improve the training service, consumers rational choice of training institutions has an important guiding role.
