【摘要】:基于微流驅(qū)動(dòng)效應(yīng)的優(yōu)越性,提出了一種汽車前風(fēng)擋玻璃振動(dòng)除水技術(shù)。首先采用Stokes長(zhǎng)波理論構(gòu)建了液滴的二維數(shù)學(xué)模型,然后借助COMSOL MULTIPHYSICSICS多物理場(chǎng)分析軟件對(duì)玻璃板上的液滴進(jìn)行二維建模。研究了對(duì)稱低頻振動(dòng)、正交對(duì)稱低頻運(yùn)動(dòng)、非對(duì)稱振動(dòng)和對(duì)稱低頻振動(dòng)對(duì)液滴移動(dòng)狀態(tài)和移動(dòng)速度的關(guān)系。仿真結(jié)果表明:液滴在振動(dòng)激勵(lì)下始終保持一種非對(duì)稱的往復(fù)振蕩運(yùn)動(dòng),這種非對(duì)稱運(yùn)動(dòng)合成為液滴在宏觀上的位移,驗(yàn)證了微流驅(qū)動(dòng)效應(yīng)除水技術(shù)的可行性與有效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the advantages of microfluidic drive, a vibration water removal technology for front windshield glass is proposed. Firstly, a two-dimensional mathematical model of droplet is constructed by using Stokes long wave theory. Then using the COMSOL MULTIPHYSICSICS multi-physical field analysis software to model the liquid droplets on the glass plate, the symmetrical low-frequency vibration and the orthogonal symmetric low-frequency motion are studied. The relationship between asymmetric vibration and symmetric low frequency vibration on the moving state and velocity of liquid droplets. The simulation results show that the droplets always maintain an asymmetric reciprocating oscillatory motion under vibration excitation. The asymmetric motion synthesis is considered as the displacement of droplets on the macro level, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the microfluidic drive technology for removing water.
