鋁面板PMI泡沫芯夾層梁彎曲的彈性計算理論

【摘要】:把鋁面板聚甲基丙烯酰亞胺(PMI)泡沫芯夾層梁的彎曲問題按平面應(yīng)力問題進(jìn)行研究,采用彈性理論建立了鋁面板PMI泡沫芯夾層梁彎曲變形的微分方程,利用奇異函數(shù)把作用在梁上的外載荷表示為分布載荷,推導(dǎo)出了鋁面板PMI泡沫芯夾層梁彎曲變形時的撓度表達(dá)式.按所推出的撓度表達(dá)式計算了鋁面板PMI泡沫芯夾層梁中點(diǎn)撓度,并將其與有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)采用能量法和有限元法計算的結(jié)果、有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)所給出的試驗值進(jìn)行比較后發(fā)現(xiàn),按所推出的撓度表達(dá)式計算的結(jié)果更為接近試驗值,說明其計算精度是可靠的,而且表達(dá)形式較為簡便,可在工程實際中推廣應(yīng)用.
[Abstract]:The bending problem of aluminum panel polymethylacrylamide imide (PMI) foam core sandwich beam is studied according to the plane stress problem. The differential equation of bending deformation of aluminum panel PMI foam core sandwich beam is established by means of elastic theory. The external load acting on the beam is expressed as a distributed load by means of singular function, and the deflection expression of the sandwich beam with PMI foam core on the aluminum panel is derived. According to the derived deflection expression, the mid-point deflection of PMI foam core sandwich beam with aluminum panel is calculated, and the results are compared with those calculated by energy method and finite element method in the relevant literatures. After comparing the experimental values given in the relevant literatures, it is found that the deflection of the sandwich beam with foam core in aluminum panel has been calculated. The calculated results based on the derived deflection expressions are closer to the experimental values, which shows that the calculation accuracy is reliable and the expression form is relatively simple. It can be widely used in engineering practice.
