套管中泄漏彎曲型Lamb波的傳播特征

【摘要】:低阻抗水泥固井質(zhì)量檢測(cè)是油氣田生產(chǎn)亟需解決的問(wèn)題。套管中傳播的最低階泄漏彎曲型Lamb波(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)為A0彎曲型Lamb波)對(duì)套管后介質(zhì)尤其是低阻抗水泥的聲學(xué)參數(shù)和膠結(jié)狀況具有很高的敏感性。通過(guò)建立多層介質(zhì)模型,從理論上計(jì)算了其頻散和衰減與套管后介質(zhì)屬性及水泥環(huán)第Ⅰ界面膠結(jié)狀況的關(guān)系,并數(shù)值模擬了有限尺寸定向輻射探頭激發(fā)和接收的全波波形。結(jié)果表明,在套管后耦合慢速水泥時(shí),A0彎曲型Lamb波的頻散曲線(xiàn)存在斷點(diǎn),曲線(xiàn)分為兩個(gè)分支;A0彎曲型Lamb波的衰減在套管后耦合慢速水泥時(shí)最大并且對(duì)水泥環(huán)第Ⅰ界面膠結(jié)差時(shí)流體環(huán)厚度有很高的靈敏度,利用其衰減可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)套管后介質(zhì)類(lèi)型、水泥環(huán)第Ⅰ界面膠結(jié)狀況及竄槽厚度的有效判別。
[Abstract]:Low impedance cement cementing quality detection is an urgent problem to be solved in oil and gas field production. The lowest order leaky bent Lamb wave (hereinafter referred to as A0 bending Lamb wave) propagated in casing has a high sensitivity to acoustic parameters and cementation of the medium behind casing, especially low impedance cement. By establishing a multilayer dielectric model, the relationship between dispersion and attenuation, the properties of the medium behind the casing and the cementation condition of the first interface of the cement ring is calculated theoretically. The full wave waves excited and received by the finite size directional radiation probe are numerically simulated. The results show that there are breakpoints in the dispersion curve of the A0 bending Lamb wave and the curve is divided into two branches when the casing is coupled with slow cement at the back of the casing. The attenuation of the A0 bending Lamb wave is maximum when the casing is coupled with slow cement and has a high sensitivity to the thickness of the fluid loop when the cement ring is not cemented at the first interface. The attenuation of the A0 wave can be used to realize the media type behind the casing. The cementation condition of the first interface of cement ring and the effective judgement of the thickness of channeling groove.
