【摘要】：采用高速攝影技術(shù)和三維相位多普勒分析技術(shù),測(cè)量了冪律流體旋流射流的破碎形貌、液滴速度和粒徑分布,獲得了其破碎特征及規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明,冪律流體旋流射流隨噴射壓力增加可以劃分為3種射流模式,即帶旋轉(zhuǎn)的圓柱射流模式、液線液滴共存模式和充分發(fā)展模式.黏性越大的流體,要達(dá)到同樣的射流模式所需要的噴射壓力也越大.液滴的軸向速度w、徑向速度u和索特平均直徑(SMD)在徑向各位置呈中心小兩側(cè)大的分布規(guī)律,切向速度v接近于零.三維速度在軸向各位置隨z的增加均有不同程度的減小,SMD也有減小的趨勢(shì).不同壓力對(duì)軸向速度w的影響更為明顯,且更多地影響了液滴的二次破碎.
[Abstract]:The breakage morphology, droplet velocity and particle size distribution of power law swirl jet were measured by high speed photography and three dimensional phase Doppler analysis, and the breakage characteristics and rules were obtained. The results show that the power law swirl jet can be divided into three jet modes with the increase of jet pressure, that is, the cylindrical jet model with rotation, the liquid-line droplet coexistence mode and the fully developed model. The more viscous the fluid, the greater the jet pressure required to achieve the same jet pattern. The axial velocity, radial velocity u and the average diameter (SMD) of the droplet in the radial direction show the large distribution law of small center and both sides in the radial position, and the tangential velocity v is close to zero. The 3-D velocity decreases with the increase of z, and the SMD decreases with the increase of z. The influence of different pressure on the axial velocity w is more obvious, and the secondary breakage of droplets is more affected.
