高強鋼板DP590溫熱環(huán)境下屈服準則適用性分析

【摘要】:板料成形過程中溫度的變化會影響其塑性流動行為。以先進高強鋼板DP590為研究對象,通過不同溫度下單拉試驗和不同溫度不同加載比例雙拉試驗得到其在溫熱環(huán)境下的試驗屈服軌跡,結果顯示溫度不僅會影響DP590鋼板屈服軌跡的大小,而且影響屈服軌跡的形狀。將試驗屈服軌跡和幾種理論屈服軌跡進行對比分析,表明Yld2000-2D屈服準則與試驗結果吻合較好,同時等效應力應變點分析也顯示出Yld2000-2D屈服準則滿足塑性力學的單一曲線假設規(guī)律。針對Yld2000-2D屈服準則,采用不同溫度下的試驗數(shù)據(jù)計算出不同溫度下的各向異性參數(shù),通過擬合獲得各向異性參數(shù)與溫度的四次多項式函數(shù)關系,建立溫度相關Yld2000-2D屈服準則,并與常規(guī)Yld2000-2D屈服準則對比分析,結果顯示溫度相關Yld2000-2D屈服準則更加適合描述DP590鋼板溫熱環(huán)境下的屈服行為。
[Abstract]:The change of temperature during sheet metal forming will affect the plastic flow behavior of sheet metal. The advanced high strength steel plate DP590 is taken as the research object. The yield trajectory of the DP590 steel plate is obtained by the order drawing test at different temperature and the double tensile test at different temperature and different loading ratio. The results show that the temperature will not only affect the yield trajectory of DP590 steel plate. And the shape of the yield trajectory is affected. The comparison between the experimental yield trajectory and several theoretical yield trajectories shows that the Yld2000-2D yield criterion is in good agreement with the experimental results. At the same time, the equivalent stress-strain point analysis also shows that the Yld2000-2D yield criterion satisfies the assumption of a single curve of plastic mechanics. According to the Yld2000-2D yield criterion, the anisotropic parameters at different temperatures are calculated by using the experimental data at different temperatures. By fitting the fourth-order polynomial function between anisotropic parameters and temperature, the temperature-dependent Yld2000-2D yield criterion is established and compared with the conventional Yld2000-2D yield criterion. The results show that the temperature-dependent Yld2000-2D yield criterion is more suitable to describe the yield behavior of DP590 steel under warm and thermal conditions.
