兩個非磁性顆粒在磁流體中的沉降現(xiàn)象研究

【摘要】:在磁場作用下,在磁流體里添加非磁性顆粒(non-magnetic particles,NPs),可以使得NPs形成不同的結(jié)構(gòu),操控NPs的運(yùn)動從而影響磁流體的特性,這種應(yīng)用逐漸受到了研究者的關(guān)注.為了更好地操控磁流體里NPs的運(yùn)動,本文采用一種多物理模型研究在外加磁場作用下,磁流體中兩個NPs沉降的運(yùn)動過程.其中,用格子玻爾茲曼方法模擬磁流體的運(yùn)動,外加磁場對磁流體的影響用一種自修正方法求解泊松方程,這個自修正方法可以使歐姆定律滿足守恒定律.NPs之間的偶極干擾力采用偶極力模型,同時采用一種相對過渡平滑的共軛邊界條件處理NPs與磁流體交界面的流固干擾以避免磁場密度過渡的突變.本文主要探究兩個NPs在磁流體中的沉降,揭示磁場作用下NPs的相互干擾原理;同時,對控制NPs運(yùn)動時的參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),得到NPs不同的運(yùn)動軌跡,達(dá)到操控顆粒運(yùn)動的目的.本研究可對NPs在磁流體中的應(yīng)用提供定量的分析結(jié)果,對NPs在工業(yè)上的應(yīng)用提供有力的理論支撐.
[Abstract]:Under the action of magnetic field, adding non-magnetic particles non-magnetic particles to the magnetic fluid can make the NPs form different structures and control the motion of NPs, thus affecting the properties of the magnetic fluid. In order to better control the motion of NPs in magnetic fluid, a multi-physical model is used to study the motion process of two NPs subsidence in magnetic fluid under the action of external magnetic field. The lattice Boltzmann method is used to simulate the motion of the magnetic fluid. The effect of the applied magnetic field on the magnetic fluid is solved by a self-correction method. This self-correction method can make Ohm's law satisfy the conservation law. NPs. At the same time, a relatively smooth conjugate boundary condition is used to deal with the fluid-solid interference at the interface between NPs and magnetic fluid to avoid the sudden change of magnetic field density transition. This paper mainly discusses the settlement of two NPs in magnetic fluid. The mutual interference principle of NPs under the action of magnetic field is revealed. At the same time, the parameters of controlling NPs motion are adjusted, and the different motion trajectories of NPs are obtained. This study can provide quantitative analysis results for the application of NPs in magnetofluids and provide strong theoretical support for the application of NPs in industry.
