單液滴撞擊超疏水冷表面的反彈及破碎行為

【摘要】:對直徑2.8 mm的液滴撞擊冷表面的動態(tài)行為進(jìn)行快速可視化觀測,對比研究單液滴撞擊普通冷表面以及超疏水冷表面的動力學(xué)特性,同時對初始撞擊速度以及冷表面溫度對液滴動態(tài)演化行為的影響進(jìn)行了對比分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:與液滴撞擊普通冷表面(溫度-25~-5℃)發(fā)生瞬時凍結(jié)沉積相比,液滴撞擊超疏水冷表面時均未發(fā)生凍結(jié),而且伴隨鋪展、回縮、反彈以及破碎行為;撞擊速度越大,普通冷表面上液滴鋪展因子越大,而且液滴越易凍結(jié)。液滴低速(We≤76)撞擊超疏水冷表面會發(fā)生反彈現(xiàn)象,但速度對液滴最大鋪展時間無影響;液滴高速(We≥115)撞擊超疏水冷表面后會產(chǎn)生明顯液指,而且破碎為多組衛(wèi)星液滴。此外,冷表面溫度僅影響液滴反彈高度,對液滴最大鋪展因子以及液滴鋪展時間影響較小。結(jié)果表明超疏水表面可顯著抑制液滴撞擊冷表面的瞬時凍結(jié)沉積。
[Abstract]:The dynamic behavior of droplet impinging on cold surface with diameter of 2.8 mm was observed rapidly and visualized, and the dynamic characteristics of single droplet impact on common cold surface and superhydrophobic surface were compared and studied.The effects of the initial impact velocity and the cold surface temperature on the dynamic evolution behavior of the droplet were compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that, compared with the transient freezing deposition of droplets on common cold surfaces (temperature -25 ~ 5 鈩,
