初始?jí)毫酮M縫寬度對(duì)毫米量級(jí)狹縫內(nèi)爆轟起爆距離的影響

【摘要】:為獲得狹縫內(nèi)爆轟起爆距離的影響因素,分別在高度為1.0 mm,寬度為10、20、30 mm的狹縫爆轟管內(nèi),對(duì)不同初始?jí)毫ο?p0=5.0~50.0 k Pa)等當(dāng)量比的乙烯/氧氣預(yù)混氣體進(jìn)行了單次爆轟性能實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。根據(jù)煙跡法、高速攝影圖片判定起爆位置,分析了初始?jí)毫酮M縫寬度對(duì)爆轟起爆距離的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)p0=21.0~30.0 k Pa時(shí),起爆距離隨著狹縫寬度的增大而逐漸縮短;(2)p0=35.0~42.5 k Pa時(shí),起爆距離隨著狹縫寬度的增大先縮短后增大,在p0=45.0~50.0 k Pa時(shí)起爆距離隨著狹縫寬度的增大基本保持不變;(3)3種狹縫寬度下,量綱一起爆距離隨量綱一初始?jí)毫Φ淖兓(xiàn)差異較大。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the influencing factors of detonation initiation distance in the slit, the detonation distance in the narrow slit detonation tube with a height of 1.0 mm and a width of 10 ~ 20 ~ 30 mm was obtained. An experimental study on the detonation performance of ethylene / oxygen premixed gases with the equivalent ratio of P0 / oxygen at different initial pressures was carried out. According to the smoke trace method, the location of detonation was determined by high speed photography. The effects of initial pressure and slit width on the initiation distance of detonation are analyzed. The results show that the initiation distance decreases gradually with the increase of slit width when the initiation distance increases with the increase of slit width, and the initiation distance decreases first and then increases with the increase of slit width. Under the three slit widths of 45.0 KPA and 50.0 KPA, the variation curves of the distance between dimensionality and initial pressure vary greatly with the increase of slit width.
