采煤機機電傳動系統(tǒng)調(diào)速動態(tài)特性分析

【摘要】:為研究滾筒調(diào)速的可行性及調(diào)速對傳動系統(tǒng)動態(tài)性能的影響,采用MATLAB/Simulink搭建了采煤機截割-牽引耦合機電傳動系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型.針對截割部過載工況,綜合考慮采煤機可靠運行和高效生產(chǎn),制定了4種調(diào)速降載方案,并提出了通過截割電機電流計算目標切削厚度、依據(jù)目標切削厚度選擇調(diào)速方案的方法.最后通過仿真對比了各種調(diào)速方案下電機和傳動系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)響應(yīng)特性,結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)截割電機過載倍數(shù)較小時,采用滾筒調(diào)速方案能夠在降低系統(tǒng)負載的同時使采煤生產(chǎn)率不受影響;當(dāng)過載倍數(shù)較大時,采用牽引調(diào)速方案可獲得較高的系統(tǒng)可靠性,而采用牽引-滾筒順序調(diào)速方案可獲得較高的采煤生產(chǎn)率.
[Abstract]:In order to study the feasibility of the roller speed regulation and the influence of the speed regulation on the dynamic performance of the transmission system, the dynamic model of the cutting-traction-coupled electromechanical transmission system of the coal mining machine is set up by using the MATLAB/ Simulink. In view of the overload working condition of the cutting part, the reliable operation and high-efficiency production of the coal mining machine are considered, four kinds of speed-reducing and load-reducing schemes are set up, and the cutting thickness of the target is calculated by the current of the cutting motor, and the method of selecting the speed-regulating scheme according to the target cutting thickness is proposed. At last, the dynamic response characteristics of the motor and the transmission system under various speed control schemes are compared through simulation. The results show that when the overload multiple of the cutting motor is small, the efficiency of the coal mining can not be affected while the system load is reduced, and when the overload multiple is large, A higher system reliability can be obtained by using a traction speed regulation scheme, and higher mining productivity can be obtained by adopting a traction-roller sequential speed regulation scheme.
