柴油乳化及其對浮選影響的研究

【摘要】:利用膠體磨制備乳化柴油,并對柴油乳化參數(shù)進行了分析研究,確定油水比為1∶4~1∶5時,能夠制得參數(shù)較好的乳化液。分別采用乳化柴油和柴油作為捕收劑進行浮選對比試驗,結(jié)果表明:采用乳化柴油時的浮選完善指標比柴油高5.66個百分點,浮選速度試驗中第一次精煤產(chǎn)率比柴油高5.01個百分點;在浮選完善指標相同的情況下,乳化柴油用量比柴油節(jié)省39.13%。
[Abstract]:Emulsified diesel oil was prepared by colloid grinding. The emulsifying parameters of diesel oil were analyzed and studied. When the ratio of oil to water was 1? 4? 1? 5, the emulsion with better parameters could be obtained. The flotation contrast tests of emulsified diesel oil and diesel oil were carried out respectively. The results showed that the flotation perfection index of emulsified diesel oil was 5.66 percentage points higher than that of diesel oil. In the flotation speed test, the first clean coal yield is 5.01 percentage points higher than that of diesel oil. The consumption of emulsified diesel oil is reduced by 39.13% compared with diesel oil under the same conditions of flotation perfection index.
