【摘要】：利用TAW-3000電液伺服巖石三軸試驗(yàn)機(jī)和PCI-II聲發(fā)射監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)對(duì)以研山鐵礦東幫卵石制作的帷幕體試塊進(jìn)行不同圍壓三軸壓縮條件下的聲發(fā)射(AE)測(cè)試,結(jié)合聲發(fā)射空間定位、AE事件能率對(duì)不同應(yīng)力階段帷幕體裂隙空間演化規(guī)律進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)分形維數(shù)的變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:圍壓越大,帷幕體試塊的抗壓強(qiáng)度越高,到達(dá)峰值荷載所用時(shí)間越多,對(duì)應(yīng)的時(shí)間-應(yīng)力曲線的曲線上升段越長(zhǎng)、曲率越小,帷幕體塑性特征越明顯,累計(jì)AE定位點(diǎn)數(shù)越多。分形維數(shù)變化基本特征為升維、降維、再升維模式。AE事件能率和定位點(diǎn)數(shù)驟然增多以及二次升維標(biāo)志破壞前兆。同樣的應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下帷幕體內(nèi)卵石和砂漿的結(jié)合面先起裂,其次是砂和水泥漿的結(jié)合面開裂,最后裂縫進(jìn)入硬化水泥漿。
[Abstract]:The TAW-3000 electro-hydraulic servo rock triaxial testing machine and the PCI-II acoustic emission monitoring system were used to test the acoustic emission (AE) of the curtain block made from the east side pebble of Yanshan Iron Mine under different confining pressure triaxial compression conditions. Combined with acoustic emission spatial location, AE event energy rate is used to analyze the evolution law of the crack space of curtain body at different stress stages, and the variation law of fractal dimension is studied. The test results show that the higher the confining pressure, the higher the compressive strength of the curtain, the more time it takes to reach the peak load, the longer the rising section of the corresponding time-stress curve is, and the smaller the curvature is, the more obvious the plastic characteristics of the curtain body are. Cumulative AE positioning points more. The basic characteristics of fractal dimension change are ascending dimension, reducing dimension and reraising dimension pattern. AE event energy rate and location number increase suddenly, and the sign of secondary dimension elevation destroys precursor. Under the same stress state, the bonding surface of pebble and mortar in the curtain begins to crack first, then the joint surface of sand and cement slurry cracks, and finally the crack enters into the hardened cement slurry.
