超細(xì)水泥漿液最優(yōu)配比及注漿效果研究

【摘要】:以九龍煤礦-850 m水平運(yùn)輸(膠帶)大巷破碎圍巖為研究對(duì)象,從注漿效果入手,基于超細(xì)水泥漿液水灰比、水泥細(xì)度的變化,制作了多批次的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)水泥試塊,進(jìn)行流動(dòng)性、析水率、密度、單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度及注漿等實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了不同水灰比和不同細(xì)度下超細(xì)水泥漿液的各項(xiàng)力學(xué)特性和注漿性能。研究結(jié)果表明,在攪拌時(shí)間、養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間和溫度等其他因素都相同的條件下,超細(xì)水泥漿液的水灰比增大時(shí),析水率隨之增大,單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度隨之減小,流動(dòng)度總體減小,密度變化很小。當(dāng)水灰比為1.4∶1、細(xì)度為1 250目時(shí),超細(xì)水泥漿液的各項(xiàng)力學(xué)性能最平衡,注漿效果最好。在進(jìn)行劈裂注漿實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí),用該配比的超細(xì)水泥漿液注漿后的試樣在破壞前能夠吸收更多能量,表現(xiàn)出明顯的塑性特征和抗變形能力。
[Abstract]:Taking the fractured wall rock of -850m horizontal transportation (belt) roadway in Jiulong Coal Mine as the research object, based on the effect of grouting, based on the change of water-cement ratio of superfine cement slurry and the change of cement fineness, a multi-batch standard cement test block was made to carry out fluidity. The mechanical properties and grouting properties of ultrafine cement slurry with different water-cement ratio and different fineness were studied by experiments of water evolution rate density uniaxial compressive strength and grouting. The results show that under the same stirring time, curing time and temperature, when the water-cement ratio of the superfine cement slurry increases, the water evolution rate increases, the uniaxial compressive strength decreases, and the overall fluidity decreases. The density varies very little. When the water-cement ratio is 1.4: 1 and the fineness is 1 250 mesh, the mechanical properties of the superfine cement slurry are most balanced and the grouting effect is the best. In the experiment of splitting grouting, the samples after grouting with the superfine cement slurry of this ratio can absorb more energy before failure, and show obvious plastic characteristics and anti-deformation ability.
