基于全面試驗(yàn)的釩鐵礦開(kāi)采充填材料配比優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:為確保安全開(kāi)采、控制地壓、提高礦石回收率,降低因采空區(qū)不穩(wěn)固帶來(lái)的安全隱患,在某釩鐵礦實(shí)施充填采礦法。對(duì)該礦充填材料物理力學(xué)參數(shù)、粒級(jí)級(jí)配、充填配比、充填材料進(jìn)行了深入試驗(yàn)和理論研究,并運(yùn)用MATLAB建立相應(yīng)的回歸模型,根據(jù)模型運(yùn)用LINGO進(jìn)行參數(shù)優(yōu)化,確定該礦山充填材料最優(yōu)配比,以達(dá)到既滿(mǎn)足充填體強(qiáng)度、保證礦山充填安全、高效的運(yùn)作又把成本降到最低,給礦山帶來(lái)最大效益。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure safe mining, control ground pressure, increase ore recovery rate and reduce the hidden danger caused by instability of goaf, a filling mining method is implemented in a vanadium iron mine. In this paper, the physical and mechanical parameters, gradation, filling ratio and filling material of the filling material in this mine are studied in depth, and the corresponding regression model is established by using MATLAB, and the parameters are optimized by LINGO according to the model. The optimum ratio of filling materials is determined to meet the strength of filling body, to ensure the safety of filling, to reduce the cost to the lowest with high efficiency, and to bring maximum benefit to the mine.
