內(nèi)蒙古高廟子鈉基膨潤土提純試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著高水平放射性廢物地質(zhì)處置庫緩沖/回填材料研究工作的深入,高廟子鈉基膨潤土的試驗(yàn)樣品用量越來越大。露天淺層開采的高廟子鈉基膨潤土質(zhì)量較差,需經(jīng)提純提高其蒙脫石質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)和陽離子交換量。通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和室外擴(kuò)大試驗(yàn)探索了濕法提純高廟子鈉基膨潤土的工藝及效果,結(jié)果表明旋流器提純可有效提高鈉基膨潤土的質(zhì)量,經(jīng)兩次旋流后蒙脫石質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)提高了約15%,因此該工藝可作為提純緩沖/回填材料試驗(yàn)樣品的方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of research on buffer / backfill materials of high-level radioactive waste geological repository, the amount of test sample of sodium bentonite in Gaomaozi is increasing. The mass fraction of montmorillonite and cationic exchange capacity of Gaomiaozi sodium bentonite which is mined in shallow layer of open pit is poor, and the mass fraction of montmorillonite and cation exchange capacity need to be improved by purification. The process and effect of wet purification of high temple sodium bentonite were explored through indoor and outdoor experiments. The results showed that hydrocyclone purification could effectively improve the quality of sodium bentonite. The mass fraction of montmorillonite has been increased by about 15% after two swirls, so this process can be used as a method for purification of buffer / backfill materials.
