大傾角薄煤層新型高水材料巷旁充填沿空留巷技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:沿空留巷是通過(guò)技術(shù)手段將上一區(qū)段的運(yùn)輸平巷保留下來(lái)作為下區(qū)段回風(fēng)平巷的一種無(wú)煤柱護(hù)巷技術(shù),新型高水材料具有增阻速度快,抗變形能力強(qiáng)等巷旁充填體的良好性能,是理想的沿空留巷巷旁充填材料,隨著沿空留巷技術(shù)的發(fā)展,該技術(shù)不斷被推廣應(yīng)用到各類地質(zhì)條件下的礦井。本文采用理論分析、數(shù)值計(jì)算以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)等方法,對(duì)大傾角煤層沿空留巷圍巖活動(dòng)規(guī)律以及巷旁充填體穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行分析研究,并結(jié)合庇山煤礦12050工作面機(jī)巷沿空留巷工業(yè)性實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)利用新型高水材料在大傾角煤層條件下進(jìn)行巷旁充填沿空留巷技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。根據(jù)庇山煤礦地質(zhì)與開(kāi)采條件,對(duì)巷內(nèi)加強(qiáng)支護(hù)方式、巷旁充填體的穩(wěn)定性控制等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施,且在留巷期間與復(fù)采期間分別及進(jìn)行了礦壓觀測(cè),從而對(duì)沿空留巷效果進(jìn)行分析研究。庇山煤礦通過(guò)利用新型高水材料巷旁充填技術(shù),采取加強(qiáng)巷旁充填體穩(wěn)定性的技術(shù)措施,成功實(shí)施了沿空留巷工程,緩解了采掘接替緊張問(wèn)題,改善了礦井安全狀況,提高了煤炭資源回收率,具有可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和良好的社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:Gob-side entry retaining is a kind of non-pillar roadway protection technology by means of technical means to retain the transport roadway of the upper section as the return air roadway of the lower section. The new high-water material has the good performance of roadway filling body such as fast increase in resistance and strong resistance to deformation. It is an ideal filling material for gob-side entry retaining. With the development of gob-side entry retaining technology In this paper, the movement law of surrounding rock and the stability of roadway filling body in gob-side entry retaining in high dip seam are analyzed and studied by means of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and field measurement, and the industrial experiment of gob-side entry retaining in 12050 working face of Bishan Coal Mine is carried out. Based on the geological and mining conditions of Bishan Coal Mine, the reinforcement support method in the roadway and the stability control of the filling body near the roadway are designed and implemented, and the rock pressure observation is carried out during the roadway retaining and re-mining. By using the new high water material roadside filling technology and adopting the technical measures to strengthen the stability of the roadside filling body, Bishan Coal Mine has successfully implemented the gob-side entry retaining project, alleviated the shortage of mining and excavation replacement, improved the mine safety condition, and raised the coal resource recovery rate, which is considerable. Economic benefits and good social benefits.
