大佛寺煤礦近距離煤層防滅火技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本文針對大佛寺煤礦40107工作面和上覆采空區(qū)40104工作面為研究對象,利用大型煤自然發(fā)火實驗和程序升溫實驗,對大佛寺礦煤的自燃特性進行了研究,從實驗可以看出:按井下25℃的圍巖溫度計算,40107工作面煤樣實際最短自然發(fā)火期為31天;該層煤的臨界溫度為50~60℃,干裂溫度約為90~100℃;給出了該層煤自燃預(yù)測預(yù)報指標(biāo)體系;確定了煤自燃的極限參數(shù)。采用束管檢測的方法,測試了 40107工作面采空區(qū)氣體分布規(guī)律,結(jié)合實驗得出了該工作面采空區(qū)的自燃“三帶”分布規(guī)律。系統(tǒng)分析了大佛寺礦近距離煤層開采的自燃規(guī)律,綜合利用隅角堵漏風(fēng)技術(shù)、注氮防滅火技術(shù)、注膠防滅火技術(shù)及阻化劑等技術(shù),取得了良好的防滅火效果。給出了粉煤灰堵漏風(fēng)用量的計算方式及注氮流量的計算方式,確定了注氮口位置及間距,給出了針對該工作面的注膠工藝及阻化劑施工工藝。達到了防止采空區(qū)遺煤氧化自燃的目的,保證了工作面的安全回采,取得了良好的經(jīng)濟效益。
