中深孔臺(tái)階爆破振動(dòng)對(duì)地下管道的影響研究

【摘要】:中深孔臺(tái)階爆破主要有害效應(yīng)——爆破振動(dòng)對(duì)地表建筑物(構(gòu)筑物)的影響研究較多,而其對(duì)地下設(shè)備的研究較少,隨著地下管道——生命線工程的急速擴(kuò)張,亟需深入開展爆破振動(dòng)對(duì)地下管道的影響研究。本研究基于大龍經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)高鐵城棚戶區(qū)山地場(chǎng)平爆破工程,借助TC-4850N爆破振動(dòng)測(cè)試儀、DH3820靜態(tài)應(yīng)變測(cè)試系統(tǒng),根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行爆破振動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)及地下管道應(yīng)變監(jiān)測(cè),將爆破振動(dòng)傳播規(guī)律與地下管道軸向、環(huán)向應(yīng)變聯(lián)系起來(lái),通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的分析研究,總結(jié)爆破振動(dòng)對(duì)地下管道的影響規(guī)律,并提出有效措施控制爆破振動(dòng)有害效應(yīng),預(yù)測(cè)地下管道震害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。具體研究成果如下:(1)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果證實(shí)爆破振動(dòng)會(huì)引起地下管道產(chǎn)生軸向、環(huán)向應(yīng)變。(2)分析地表峰值振速與地下管道應(yīng)變之間的關(guān)系。(3)爆破振動(dòng)地表峰值振速與地下管道軸向、環(huán)向應(yīng)變呈指數(shù)函數(shù)關(guān)系,通過(guò)振動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)回歸分析及峰值振速與應(yīng)變的指數(shù)函數(shù)關(guān)系,預(yù)測(cè)管道所能承受的地表峰值振速。(4)根據(jù)最大振速的預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果指導(dǎo)實(shí)際爆破施工,優(yōu)化最大段裝藥量、裝藥結(jié)構(gòu)、起爆方式等爆破施工設(shè)計(jì),提出有效措施控制爆破振動(dòng)有害效應(yīng)。(5)爆破區(qū)域50m范圍內(nèi)的地下管道受振動(dòng)影響較顯著,50m以外影響大大減弱。
[Abstract]:The main harmful effect of bench blasting with medium and deep hole is that blasting vibration has much influence on surface buildings (structures), but less on underground equipment. With the rapid expansion of underground pipe-lifeline engineering, there is a great deal of research on the influence of blasting vibration on surface buildings (structures), with the rapid expansion of underground pipe-lifeline engineering. It is urgent to study the effect of blasting vibration on underground pipelines. Based on the horizontal blasting project of mountain field in the shantytown of high-speed railway city in Dalong Economic Development Zone, and with the help of TC-4850N blasting vibration tester DH3820 static strain test system, the blasting vibration monitoring and underground pipeline strain monitoring are carried out according to the actual situation in the field. The propagation law of blasting vibration is connected with the axial and circumferential strain of underground pipeline, and the influence of blasting vibration on underground pipeline is summarized by analyzing and studying the monitoring data of field experiment. Effective measures are put forward to control the harmful effect of blasting vibration and predict the risk of earthquake damage of underground pipeline. The concrete research results are as follows: (1) the field monitoring results confirm that blasting vibration can cause axial and circumferential strain of underground pipeline. (2) the relationship between the peak vibration velocity of ground surface and the strain of underground pipeline is analyzed. (3) the peak vibration velocity of blasting vibration and the axial direction of underground pipeline are analyzed. The circumferential strain assumes the exponential function relation. Through the regression analysis of the vibration monitoring data and the exponential function relation between the peak vibration velocity and the strain, the peak vibration velocity on the surface of the pipeline can be predicted. (4) according to the prediction result of the maximum vibration velocity, the actual blasting construction is guided. In order to optimize the blasting construction design, such as maximum charge quantity, charge structure, initiation mode and so on, effective measures are put forward to control the harmful effect of blasting vibration. (5) the influence of underground pipeline within 50 m range of blasting area is obviously weakened beyond 50 m.
