含瓦斯煤Forchheimer型非達西滲流實驗研究

【摘要】:針對目前非達西滲流在含瓦斯煤三軸應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下研究較少的問題,基于Forchheimer型非達西滲流理論,采用自行研制的含瓦斯煤準三軸滲流試驗裝置,研究了2個煤礦的貧煤煤樣在不同圍壓、軸壓條件下Forchheimer型非達西滲流特性并計算了相關(guān)參數(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明,三軸應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下煤樣中瓦斯氣體流速隨瓦斯壓力梯度的變化而出現(xiàn)明顯的Forchheimer型效應(yīng)。相同介質(zhì)和流體下,瓦斯壓力和三軸應(yīng)力狀態(tài)成為煤體瓦斯?jié)B透規(guī)律的主要影響因素。不同圍壓、軸壓條件下,瓦斯?jié)B透速度會隨瓦斯壓力的增大而增大,但其滲透速度的增大速率最終會趨于恒定。相同圍壓下,非達西滲流因子β隨軸壓的增大而增大,且β越大,壓力梯度與滲流速度之間的非線性關(guān)系越明顯,而非達西滲透系數(shù)K值會有減小的趨勢。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that non-Darcy seepage is studied under the condition of gas-bearing coal triaxial stress, based on Forchheimer's non-Darcy seepage theory, a self-developed quasi-triaxial seepage test device for gas-bearing coal is developed. The characteristics of Forchheimer type non-Darcy percolation under different confining pressure and axial pressure of lean coal samples in two coal mines were studied and the relevant parameters were calculated. The results show that the flow velocity of gas in coal samples changes with the gas pressure gradient under triaxial stress state and there is obvious Forchheimer type effect. Under the same medium and fluid, gas pressure and triaxial stress state are the main influencing factors of coal gas permeability. Under the condition of different confining pressure and axial pressure, the gas permeation velocity will increase with the increase of gas pressure, but the increasing rate of gas permeation velocity will eventually be constant. Under the same confining pressure, the non-Darcy percolation factor 尾 increases with the increase of axial pressure, and the greater the 尾, the more obvious the nonlinear relationship between the pressure gradient and the seepage velocity, but the non-Darcy permeability coefficient K will decrease.
