【摘要】：采用毛細(xì)管反向滲透實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,以濕潤(rùn)劑表面張力為衡量指標(biāo),通過分析3種硫化礦塵在十二烷基苯磺酸鈉(SDBS)、十二烷基磺酸鈉(SDS)、十二烷基硫酸鈉(K12)3種陰離子表面活性劑中的吸濕效果,比較得出3種表面活性劑濕潤(rùn)性能大小。利用ZISMA圖得出表面活性劑在3種硫化礦表面鋪展的臨界表面張力值,并探究其值對(duì)濕潤(rùn)行為和濕潤(rùn)效果的影響。研究表明:3種陰離子活性劑的濕潤(rùn)性能SDBSSDSK12,濕潤(rùn)劑在3種硫化礦表面鋪展的臨界表面張力分別為27.3,26.6,26.0 m N/m,且吸濕增重和吸濕速度的峰值是受鋪展?jié)櫇褡饔玫挠绊憽?br/>[Abstract]:The surface tension of wetting agent was used as the index of capillary reverse osmosis. The moisture absorption effects of three sulphide dust in three anionic surfactants, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBs), sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (K12), were analyzed and the wetting properties of the three surfactants were compared. The critical surface tension values of surfactants spreading on the surface of three sulphide ores were obtained by using ZISMA diagram, and the effects of these values on wetting behavior and wetting effect were investigated. The results show that the wetting properties of the three anionic surfactants SDBSSDSK12, the critical surface tension of wetting agent spreading on the surface of the three sulphide ores are 27.326.6 ~ 26.0 m / m, respectively, and the peak values of moisture absorption weight gain and moisture absorption rate are affected by the spreading and wetting effect.
