重構(gòu)理論下采煤機牽引速度對滾筒載荷影響研究

【摘要】:為了研究實際工況下,牽引速度對采煤機滾筒工作載荷的影響,采用Tikhonov正則化方法,構(gòu)建截齒載荷重構(gòu)模型,并推演出牽引速度與截齒載荷關(guān)系,建立滾筒與牽引部相互耦合的動力學系統(tǒng)模型,運用數(shù)值仿真的方法對模型求解,并對結(jié)果運用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計方法得出不同牽引速度下采煤機滾筒三向力的均值及標準差,最后進行實驗驗證,結(jié)果表明仿真數(shù)據(jù)與實驗數(shù)據(jù)的均值和標準差誤差范圍小于5%,驗證了理論模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of traction speed on the working load of shearer drum under actual working conditions, a reconstruction model of gear cutting load was constructed by Tikhonov regularization method, and the relationship between traction speed and gear cutting load was deduced. The dynamic system model of the coupling between the drum and the traction part is established, and the numerical simulation method is used to solve the model. The mean value and standard deviation of the three-way force of the shearer drum under different traction speeds are obtained by using the mathematical statistics method. Finally, the experimental results show that the error range of the mean value and standard deviation between the simulation data and the experimental data is less than 5, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical model.
