復(fù)雜難采煤層綜采工藝評價及設(shè)備選型

【摘要】:由于復(fù)雜難采煤層煤厚變化大、頂?shù)装鍡l件差,或含有夾矸,實現(xiàn)機械化開采困難,針對復(fù)雜難采煤層的特點。本文以淮南礦業(yè)集團(tuán)張集煤礦16128工作面為工程背景,文章利用模糊綜合評價對復(fù)雜難采煤層煤層地質(zhì)條件進(jìn)行了綜采適應(yīng)性評價,首先建立評價因素體系,構(gòu)造和確定隸屬函數(shù)、構(gòu)造判斷矩陣確定評價權(quán)重值,最后根據(jù)模糊綜合評價模型提供的公式計算綜采工藝適應(yīng)性評價值。根據(jù)張集煤礦綜采工藝適應(yīng)性評價值,判定該工作面屬于2級,開采條件較適宜,適合綜采。文章緊接著對16128工作面設(shè)備選型進(jìn)行了探討,液壓支架、采煤機、刮板輸送機的選型原則進(jìn)行了概述,在三機尺寸配套、性能配套、使用壽命配套等配套原則的基礎(chǔ)上,對工作面成套設(shè)備進(jìn)行了設(shè)備選型確定16128工作面液壓支架、采煤機、刮板輸送機等其他輔助設(shè)備。接著運用數(shù)值模擬軟件FLAC3D研究了16128工作面采動過程中及工作面見方時垂直應(yīng)力分布及塑性區(qū)范圍等,得到16128工作面在推進(jìn)過程中應(yīng)力場、運移場的演化規(guī)律。在通過對現(xiàn)場觀察,和對工作面液壓實測工作阻力及其分布區(qū)間進(jìn)行研究分析,得出了工作面初次垮落、初次來壓步距、周期來壓步距等礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律。綜合研究結(jié)果,作為張集煤礦8煤的首采工作面,16128工作面的成功開采對整個8煤乃至西三采區(qū)的安全高效開采提供了理論依據(jù)和技術(shù)指導(dǎo),為同類復(fù)雜難采煤層的開采累積了寶貴的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to realize mechanized mining because of the big change of coal thickness, poor roof and floor condition, or containing gangue in complex and difficult coal seam, aiming at the characteristics of complex and difficult coal seam. Taking Zhangji 16128 face of Huainan Mining Group as the engineering background, this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the comprehensive mining adaptability of complex and difficult coal seam. Firstly, the evaluation factor system is established. The membership function is constructed and determined, the evaluation weight is determined by constructing the judgment matrix, and the evaluation value of the adaptability of fully mechanized coal mining process is calculated according to the formula provided by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. According to the evaluation value of fully mechanized coal mining technology in Zhangji coal mine, it is determined that the working face belongs to the second grade, and the mining conditions are suitable for fully mechanized coal mining. The article then discusses the equipment selection of 16128 working face, and summarizes the selection principles of hydraulic support, shearer and scraper conveyer, on the basis of the supporting principles of three machine size matching, performance matching, service life matching and so on. The equipment type selection of the complete equipment in the working face is carried out. 16128 working face hydraulic support, shearer, scraper conveyer and other auxiliary equipments are determined. Then using numerical simulation software FLAC3D, the vertical stress distribution and plastic zone range in the mining process of 16128 face and when the face is square are studied, and the evolution rules of stress field and migration field in 16128 face are obtained. Based on the field observation and the study and analysis of the working resistance and distribution interval of the hydraulic pressure in the working face, the rules of the rock pressure appearance such as the first collapse of the face, the first pressure step, the periodic pressure step distance, and so on are obtained. The comprehensive research results show that the successful mining of No. 8 coal face No. 8 in Zhangji Coal Mine provides a theoretical basis and technical guidance for the safe and efficient mining of the whole No. 8 coal mining area and even the third mining area in the west. It has accumulated valuable experience for the mining of similar complex and difficult coal seam.
