煤礦智能化開采技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展

【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦"機(jī)械化換人、自動(dòng)化減人",加快提升煤礦災(zāi)害防治技術(shù)水平和安全科技保障能力,結(jié)合陜煤集團(tuán)黃陵礦業(yè)公司中厚煤層智能化無人綜采技術(shù)的成功實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),介紹了研發(fā)機(jī)架協(xié)同"割三角煤"工藝,超前支架遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),遠(yuǎn)程操作系統(tǒng),工作面視頻監(jiān)控等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),科學(xué)分析推廣應(yīng)用該套技術(shù)可能面臨的主要問題及制約因素,指導(dǎo)該套技術(shù)的全面推廣應(yīng)用;同時(shí),有針對性地對今后智能化綜采技術(shù)的科研攻關(guān)重點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:In order to realize "mechanized replacement, automatic reduction" of coal mine, to speed up the improvement of the technology level of coal mine disaster prevention and control and the ability of safety scientific and technological support, combined with the successful practical experience of intelligent unmanned fully mechanized coal mining technology in medium and thick coal seam of Huangling Mining Company of Shaanxi Coal Group Group. This paper introduces the key technologies of research and development, such as "cutting triangle coal" technology, remote monitoring system of leading support, remote operating system, video monitoring of working face and so on. The main problems and restrictive factors that may be faced when popularizing and applying this set of technology are analyzed scientifically. At the same time, the key points of scientific research and the direction of innovation and development of intelligent fully mechanized coal mining technology in the future are prospected.
